We’ll begin to get to know each other and determine whether we should go forward with a more in-depth meeting

Initial Meeting
We’ll ask a lot of questions and listen carefully as you tell us about your fondest aspirations and what you fear might be standing in your way. We'll also learn of the things you most hope will happen in our relationship

Creating a Goals-Based Plan
We quantify the cost of the retirement and other objectives to which you aspire. We also identify sources of income and determine whether you have a gap that needs to be filled or a surplus that will enable you to retire with confidence

Implementing Your Plan
Your plan contains tangible recommendations designed to help you reach your specific goals. Our discretionary investment management approach relieves you of day-to-day investment decisions you may not have the time or desire to make on your own

About Me

My career began while I was still a student at The University of Texas at Tyler. I was fortunate enough to be hired by A.G. Edwards and Sons and it wasn’t long before I realized that a number of our clients were facing similar issues as several of my acquaintances. They were approaching retirement and uncertain about what to do in order to transition to that next phase of their life. It was then I understood that people nearing the end of their careers need significant help. What's more, they realize they need it. That’s when I decided to do whatever I could to serve as a source of guidance.

I then earned two major industry designations: Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®). When I joined a Morgan Stanley predecessor firm in 2007, I was ready to hit the ground running. My clients looked to me for advice that sometimes involved converting a lifetime of savings to income for day-to-day expenses. They sought my assistance in sustaining that income for the rest of their lives.

Today, I offer my clients a simplified planning approach and investment process. I’ve found that our industry tends to make things more complicated than they need to be, and that effectiveness actually increases as simplicity increases.

I love what I do. I have been humbled to be named a Five Star Wealth Manager in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. I’ve been recognized by Forbes in it's listing of America's Best-in-State Wealth Advisors (2018, 2019) and America’s Top Next Generation Wealth Advisors (2017, 2018, 2019).

Outside the office, I'm a supporter of various charities, but I spend most of my time with my wife Ashley and our two young sons, Landon and Brooks. Our family recently moved up the road to Prosper, Texas – a name that hopefully reflects what I can do for my clients.

About Me

Uncertainty is one of the great challenges in life. I have seen first-hand how uncertainty has negatively influenced some of my family members. I chose this field so I could learn how to help people make better, more confident decisions despite the uncertainty inherent in investing.

I was raised in Allen, TX and studied Finance/Financial Planning at The University of Texas at Dallas. I joined Morgan Stanley in 2015 from a small financial planning firm.

Today, I enjoy building strong relationships and guiding clients through important life and financial decisions. Making good financial decisions ensures that clients can focus on more important things in life.

Outside the office, I reside in Frisco, Texas, where I spend most of my time with my wife Jennifer, and our young daughter, Charlotte.
