About Gregg Cuvin

Gregg is the Managing Director, Family Wealth Director, and Senior Portfolio Management Director of The Cuvin Griffiths Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley. He is responsible for leading the Group’s financial planning process and managing client portfolios on a discretionary basis. He has advised clients for over 25 years, leveraging his many professional designations. His extensive experience working with ultra-high net worth families, paired with his credentials, demonstrate a deep level of investment knowledge, a disciplined approach and an ability to create and monitor customized portfolios.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), Gregg possesses in-depth knowledge of the financial planning process, tax-efficient planning, employee benefits, retirement planning, estate planning strategies, investment management and insurance. In Gregg’s role as a Senior Portfolio Management Director, he develops and manages clients’ overall investment strategies while customizing portfolios in conjunction with their financial plan.

Gregg is also a Morgan Stanley Family Wealth Director. This prestigious title has been awarded to about 5% of qualified advisors from approximately 16,000 advisors, as of December 2023. He has successfully completed a rigorous accreditation program required for comprehensive wealth planning applicable to affluent individuals. As a Family Wealth Director, the Group’s clients are entitled to a full breadth of family office resources needed to help address the complex, multigenerational challenges of managing significant wealth.

Gregg graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. degree in Finance. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2006, he worked for American Express Financial Advisors and JPMorgan. In 2008, Gregg partnered with Arioch Griffiths to form their group. Most recently, Gregg was recognized in Forbes’s ranking of Best-In-State Wealth Advisors for 2021 through 2026.

Gregg’s involvement in the investment community extends beyond the firm. From 2011 through 2015, he served as one of nine members on the Disciplinary and Ethics Commission of the national CFP Board. In 2015 he was elected and served as the Commission’s Chair. Presently, he is the Treasurer of Spectrum360 - a nonprofit school in NJ that serves children with autism. Gregg is a frequently requested speaker on a variety of topics related to financial planning. He resides in North Caldwell, NJ, with his wife and two children.

About R Arioch Griffiths

Arioch’s extensive background in institutional fixed income trading and portfolio construction adds considerable depth in fixed income to The Cuvin Griffiths Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley. He is a Senior Portfolio Management Director and Senior Vice President of The Group, a highly prestigious role that reflects his ability to develop personalized investment strategies at the highest possible level for discretionary and non-discretionary accounts.

Arioch designs portfolios that complement the parameters of each client’s detailed financial/wealth plan. Through The Cuvin Griffiths Wealth Management Group’s thorough discovery and planning process, Arioch helps create solutions to asset allocation, investment management and retirement planning that accurately reflects clients’ needs and objectives based upon their level of risk tolerance. He is extremely dedicated to the team’s financial/wealth planning methodology. This commitment is furthered by ongoing communication with his high net worth clients and their assembly of attorneys, accountants and additional outside advisors.

Arioch leads The Group’s focus in the Alternative Investment asset class. As a part of customized diversified client portfolios, Arioch researches and makes recommendations to coincide with client needs and objectives. Arioch speaks with industry resources and attends management calls to determine if a particular alternative investment has a place in a particular client portfolio.

Arioch graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Accounting. He worked as an auditor for Ernst and Young before moving to Eaton Vance and learning to trade in municipal bonds, as well as manage bond portfolios. In 1994, Arioch joined Morgan Stanley and worked as a Municipal Bond Specialist and Institutional Market participant for twelve years. During this period he ran the PWM municipal bond business, including trading, marketing, portfolio construction and strategy. Arioch became a Financial Advisor in 2008 and partnered with Gregg Cuvin to form their group. Most recently, Arioch was recognized in Forbes’' ranking of Best-In-State Wealth Advisors for 2026..

Outside of work, Arioch serves on the Committees at the Centerport (LI) Yacht Club. He lives on Long Island with his two sons, fiancé and three stepdaughters. He is an avid swimmer and competes in open water swimming competitions each year.

About Marla Oster

Marla Oster is a Wealth Management Associate who joined Morgan Stanley in 2000, and has held the position of Senior Registered Associate and Relationship Manager. Her primary focus is on leadership and coordination for the development and implementation of client facing processes, such as client onboarding, trade executions, and any type of reconciliation matters.

She interfaces with a diverse set of the team’s clientele, seamlessly and efficiently managing all operational and administrative aspects of the many client requests that come her way. Her eye for detail, organizational skills, and proactive and formidable work ethic are integral to the team dynamic.


Marla has a B.A from State University of New York at Albany and a Masters degree from Hunter College School of Social Work. Marla holds the Series 7/63 licenses. Marla is a native New Yorker with strong community ties, when Marla isn’t working for our clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog in Central Park.

About Logan Craig

Logan Craig is the Financial Planning Specialist* for our team here at Morgan Stanley. As a Financial Planning Specialist, Logan possesses the knowledge necessary to address the wide range of financial issues confronting high net worth individuals, as well as individuals who are seeking to increase their wealth. In order to obtain the Financial Planning Specialist designation, Logan successfully completed the rigorous financial planning coursework and passed the Financial Planning Specialist examination. Additionally, Logan has met both experience and ethical requirements needed obtain this prestigious designation.

Logan assists both Gregg Cuvin and Arioch Griffiths with Portfolio Management in regards to portfolio construction and ongoing management. This consists of maintaining and executing distinct and varied customized strategies for clients. Additionally, he also critically examines current and future holdings to evaluate if portfolio action is warranted. His other analytical work includes preparing customized client performance reports and investment proposals.

Logan is also responsible for developing marketing and seminar material, including but not limited to, assisting with website development, social media feeds, and ongoing webinars.

Logan graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a B.A. degree in Public Policy and a Minor in Economics, and went directly into financial services. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2016, he worked at Merrill Lynch focusing on wealth management and financial planning.

Logan is an avid golfer who competes in amateur events throughout the Tri-State area. He, his wife Sarah, and their daughter Annie live in Princeton, NJ.

3) The Celent Model Wealth Manager 2025 Awards for Data and Analytics and Essential and Emerging Technologies were granted to Morgan Stanley following an evaluation process conducted by Celent analysts. To be considered for this award, Morgan Stanley submitted Model Wealth Manager 2025 Nomination Award Worksheets to Celent on or about January 30, 2025. Celent judged each submission on three criteria: (1) Measurable business benefits of live initiatives; (2) degree of innovation relative to the industry; and (3) technology or implementation excellence. In order to win, the initiatives must demonstrate clear business benefits, innovation, and technology or implementation excellence.
