Approach

Expanding Possibilities Beyond Public Markets
We believe alternative investments can play a powerful role in a modern portfolio. From private equity and private credit to real estate and hedge funds, these strategies aim to enhance diversification, reduce exposure to public market volatility, and unlock new sources of return.
📎For a breakdown of the key trends tracked in this space, click the link below.
Our approach focuses on sourcing and curating high-conviction opportunities across private markets—giving clients access to strategies once limited to institutions and endowments.
Why Consider Alternatives?
- Diversification beyond traditional stocks and bonds
- Low correlation to public markets, offering balance during volatility
- Return potential from illiquidity premiums and active strategies
- Access to high-barrier strategies in sectors like energy transition, sports ownership, and technology
We Leverage Access To:
- Private Equity
Growth capital, buyouts, and sector-specific strategies with long-term return potential - Private Credit
Direct lending and specialty finance offering yield and downside resilience - Real Estate & Infrastructure
Institutional-grade property and energy assets offering income and diversification - Hedge Funds
Multi-strategy and opportunistic approaches aimed at generating risk-adjusted alpha - Thematic Alternatives
Blockchain, sports media rights, and impact-oriented infrastructure

Maximize What You Keep
For smart investors, investing doesn't stop at returns; it also includes tax impact. We help clients manage their tax exposure through customized strategies like direct indexing, tax-loss harvesting, and tax-advantaged real estate - all built into your investment planning and not added as an afterthought.
Strategies We Implement:
- Direct Indexing
Instead of buying ETFs or mutual funds, own the individual stocks in an index. This opens the door to year-round tax-loss harvesting, custom tilts, and legacy stock management—all while tracking your target benchmark. 📎For a deeper look at harvesting potential, read our Direct Indexing Overview below. - Tax-Loss Harvesting
We actively monitor portfolios for opportunities to realize losses and offset gains, reducing your taxable income and keeping portfolios efficient. - 1031 Exchanges
For real estate investors, we help navigate the timeline and structure of a 1031 exchange—deferring capital gains by rolling proceeds into qualified properties. 📎Explore the step-by-step in our 1031 Exchange Overview below. - Opportunity Zone Investing
With proper planning, capital gains reinvested into Qualified Opportunity Zones can provide powerful long-term tax advantages. We help clients evaluate both impact and investment quality. 📎 Learn how the holding period impacts tax treatment in Opportunity Zone Benefits below.
💬 How confident are you in your current tax strategy?
Often, the difference between good planning and great results is in what you keep.
