About Jaynie Siegel
Jaynie is a disciplined and dedicated Financial Advisor with The Continuum Group, and her clients are the center of her universe. In her role, Jaynie uses her extensive experience in multigenerational financial planning to guide her clients through a variety of wealth stages, including next-gen wealth transfer, philanthropic giving, trust and estate planning strategies, and business monetization.
As a designated Workplace Advisor - Equity Compensation, Jaynie works closely with executives who receive compensation via company equity, helping them navigate the complexities of concentrated holdings and developing personalized solutions aimed to maximize their financial well-being. Additionally, she conducts comprehensive reviews of her clients' life insurance and property and casualty insurance policies to help ensure they are receiving optimal coverage.
When it comes to business development and relationship management, Jaynie excels. She maintains strong connections with her clients’ accountants, attorneys, lawyers, and other trusted advisors, striving to deliver an all-encompassing financial experience. This uncompromising approach enables Jaynie to gain a holistic understanding of each client’s life, expanding far beyond their unique financial needs.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2016, Jaynie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning a bachelor’s degree in Rhetorical Theory alongside a certificate in Entrepreneurship. During her years in Madison, she was on the board of the Hoofers Ski & Snowboard Club board, worked for Red Bull as a Student Brand Ambassador, and was actively involved in the greater Jewish community.
Jaynie currently splits her time between Manhattan and Boca Raton, Florida. She sits on the Young Wall Street Committee at the UJA-Federation of New York, and volunteers with the First Tee, where she teaches golf fundamentals to underprivileged youth. Outside of the office, Jaynie is passionate about tennis, golf, and skiing, and she spends her Sundays rooting for the San Francisco 49ers.
