We are a relatively young team who works with a select group of high-net-worth families, completely dedicating ourselves to meeting their needs. Virtually all of our clients achieved financial success before they came to us. So, we take a long-term, conservative approach to preserving assets, emphasizing broad diversification to combat extreme market volatility. We emphasize multigenerational planning, and strive to establish productive working relationships with every generation of our clients’ families. We believe that preparing younger generations to continue their family legacy is a core part of our offering. We strive to simplify financial matters for our clients, so they are free to focus on the people, projects and causes that add meaning to their lives.

Meet The Condron Team

About Me

Drawing on over 22 years of experience in financial planning and asset management, Devin Condron helps ultra-affluent families and individuals address their most complex financial challenges. He and his team work to streamline the delivery of wealth management services, and are particularly adept in investment management, estate planning strategies, corporate executive services, and family office services. They currently help approximately 46 families manage over $1.6 billion (as of December 31st, 2017).

Devin returned to Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in Boston in 2012, where he began his career in the late 1990’s. He had spent the previous seven years at Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group. Devin has received a number of national accolades as a private wealth advisor. Barron’s magazine recognized him as one of the Top 1200 Financial Advisors in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017; he was named one of the Top 40 Advisors Under 40 by Wall Street On Demand in 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2012; and he was recognized as one of the Top 200 Financial Advisors in the Inaugural list by Forbes Magazine in 2016.

Devin received a Bachelor of Administration from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. He is an active supporter of the American Ireland Fund and serves on the board of trustees for St. Sebastian’s School in Needham, Mass; Fessenden School in Newton, Mass; and Crossroads for Kids in Boston, MA. Devin and his family live in Wellesley, Mass.

About Me

Matthew Thornhill draws on eight years of experience in portfolio management, trading and financial analysis to help the group's clients create and implement customized investment strategies. He supplies information and analysis on a wide range of investment issues, helping clients make decisions on everything from asset allocation to manager selection to risk management strategies.

A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College with a Bachelor of Arts in finance & accounting, Matthew worked as an analyst with Fidelity Investments and a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group. In 2012, he moved with the rest of the Condron Group to Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management. Matthew lives in Boston's Back Bay.

About Me

Myco Huynh joined Morgan Stanley in 2013 and became a member of the Condron Team in 2018 Myco is highly involved in all aspects of the team's relationships to ensure that clients receive the best service experience. Her primary responsibilities include presentation development for performance reporting and goal-based financial planning, asset allocation strategies, trade executions, portfolio analysis and implementation, team operations management, and facilitation of any customized needs from clients.

After graduating cum laude with a dual B.A. in Sociology and Chinese Language and Literature from Wellesley College, Myco's career started with the global risk management associate program at Bank of America in New York City and Charlotte. She maintains the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and holds an insurance agent license in the state of Massachusetts. In 2014, Myco earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC") designation Myco resides in Boston with her malti-pug, Theo.

About Me

Prior to joining the Condron Team at Morgan Stanley, Alie interned at UBS and Morgan Stanley where she completed financial goal analysis and portfolio management reviews for clients, as well as learned the foundations of wealth management and client services.

A graduate of the class of 2018 from The Carroll School of Management at Boston College, Alie earned a B.S. in Management with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing While at Boston College, Alie was a member of the Boston College Club Tennis Team as well as holding numerous leadership positions on campus3 She is also a supporter and seven year rider of the PanMass Challenge3 Alie currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts.
