About Me

Drawing on over 15 years of investment experience, William Gambrill works closely with the team’s ultra high net worth clients, both domestic and international. William focuses primarily on managing client relationships and new business development, and serves as the team specialist in insurance and lending.

William came to Morgan Stanley in 2015 after spending five years at Credit Suisse in the New York Private Banking office. Prior to Credit Suisse, William worked as an associate at Barclays Wealth, the successor firm to Lehman Brothers’ Private Investment Management business. William was named to On Wall Street's 2015 Top 40 Advisors Under 40 list

William graduated from Trinity College in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in history. He lives in Manhattan with his wife, Kaitlin, and three children: Lila, Jack, and Cecily.

About Me

As the team leader, Josef Najar works closely with ultra-high net worth clients, their CPAs and attorneys to create highly customized, comprehensive wealth management plans. Josef focuses on wealth planning strategies, portfolio management and risk management. This includes overseeing all client portfolios, asset allocations and investment selection processes. A key element to the team’s investment approach includes the application of an equity option overlay strategy and a corporate credit portfolio which Josef runs along with the support of the team.  

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Josef worked in the asset management divisions of Bank of New York and Goldman Sachs, and served as a Director at Credit Suisse, leading one of the top wealth management teams in the United States. Individually, Josef was named to On Wall Street's 2014 and 2015 Top 40 Advisors Under 40 list.

Josef received a B.A. from Hamilton College, studied financial markets at the London School of Economics, and went on to earn an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He lives in Manhattan with his wife, Celia, and two children: Georgina and Vivian.

As one of the few Advisors with permission to work with clients from European jurisdictions, Francesca focuses primarily on serving nonresident clients on the U.S. platform. Her financial industry experience both on the institutional side and on the private wealth  have prepared her well to address their unique challenges from both a cultural and wealth management perspective. She has gained a deep knowledge of the complex regulatory environment that impacts cross-border investors.

Francesca has over 20 years  of investment expertise: she started her career at JPMorgan on their Asset & Liability Group in New York, then their Emerging Markets Derivative Group, and, finally, their Private Bank Special Clients Group.  Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2013, she worked at Lehman Brothers Private Investment Management Group and Barclays Wealth America.

Francesca received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The College of Charleston and a Master in International Business studies from the University of South Carolina, Columbia.

She lives in Manhattan with her husband Stuart and son Giacomo.

Kelseys wealth management analyst role is comprehensiveher responsibilities include equity and mutual fund trading, analyzing the performance of clients investments, and reviewing the results of third party managers employed by the team. Kelsey started her career in Private Wealth Management with the Najar Gambrill team at Credit Suisse in 2014 and moved with the team to Morgan Stanley in 2015. Kelsey graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelors degree in political science and Hispanic studies. She holds her Series 7 and 66 registrations.

As a Registered Associate, Jonathans responsibilities include facilitating the account opening process, daily portfolio trading, and serving the teams international clients, which entails assisting in the investment due diligence and asset allocation process for new accounts.  Jonathan began his financial career in Private Wealth Management at Coastal Bridge Advisors, LLC., in 2015, working with families and corporations by offering financial advice and investment guidance.  In 2018, Jonathan joined the Carrier Group after graduating from Trinity College with a Bachelors degree in Economics. He holds his Series 7 and 66 registrations.

About Me

Jack joined the group in 2014 as an intern and transitioned into his current full time position in June of 2016.  Jack provides a broad variety of trading execution and account management functions for the team.  In addition to providing service for various client needs, Jack also assists in the development and improvement of the teams infrastructure.  He is a graduate of Fordham Universitys Gabelli School of Business where he majored in Applied Accounting and Finance with a a concentration in Alternative Investments.  Jack enjoys rugby, chess, and spending time at the New York Athletic Club.  He currently resides in Manhattans Upper East Side.
