    Since 2010, Tim has been a member of the Mequon Rotary and has also served as Chairman of the City of Mequon’s Economic Development Group. The goal of the Group is to stimulate economic development in the city of Mequon by meeting monthly to recommend action on long and short range elements, recommend an annual work program, and recommend an annual budget for the city’s activities programs.

About Timothy Andrew Carr

Timothy A Carr
Executive Director

As an investment consultant in the financial services industry since 1966, Tim has built his career on three principles: putting client interests first, providing exceptional personal service and taking an integrated approach to wealth management. His focus is on developing asset allocation frameworks as part of long term capital appreciation strategy for high net worth individuals and family groups.

Tim is a graduate of Marquette University. He also is a graduate of the Morgan Stanley Institute's Senior Account Executive Program along with the Branch Manager Program.

Tim served as the Chairman of the Wisconsin Association of Security Dealers and was a member of the National Association of Security Dealers District 8 - Business Conduct Committee. Tim is also currently Chairman of the City of Mequon Wisconsin Economic Development Committee. In recent years Tim has served on several other boards including COPE Services and the City of Cedarburg Foundation. In his free time Tim enjoys golfing and fishing.

Richard focuses on financial planning, portfolio management, asset allocation, estate preservation strategies.

Richard's earlier career spanned 20 years on Wall Street as a currency exchange trader and broker with Debeausse & Company.

Richard holds a bachelors of science degree from University of Colorado at Boulder-Leeds School of Business. Active in the community, Richard dedicates time as the Treasurer of the Columbia Saint Mary's Foundation. He has also been a board member of the Essex Fells Country Club , a councilman for the borough of Essex Fells, and a volunteer fireman.

In his free time, Richard enjoys golf, fishing, skiing and travel with his wife Amy and their four children.

About Alicia Pfiffner

Alicia Pfiffner is a Registered Client Service Associate joining the Carr Butler Group. She graduated from St. Norbert College with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration with a Finance emphasis, and a minor in Spanish. Shortly after graduation, she started with Morgan Stanley as a Branch Analyst, working alongside various departments of Wealth Management, including Risk, Service, Banking, Business Development, and Financial Planning.
For the past year, she has worked alongside Financial Advisors and their teams in a service associate capacity.

Alicia grew up in Central Wisconsin. She made the move down to the Milwaukee area after college and now lives here with her fiancé, Lucas, and their rescue dog, Shirley. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts, going to Brewers and Bucks games, and travelling. Her most recent trip was to Spain!
