About Me
Intent on building a partnership with his clients, Araya is deliberate in learning what is important to each and tailors his advice to their values and lifestyle. Along the way, he enjoys coaching people to make sound financial decisions, so they gain peace of mind about the future.
Araya originally built his successful practice at Morgan Stanley, continuing to develop it at UBS in 2014. In 2024, Araya rejoined Morgan Stanley with the broader team. He earned his B.S. in physics and biology from Berry College, where he was a Bonner Scholar and an All-American soccer player. Born in Ethiopia, Araya is fluent in both English and Amharic. He has called the Atlanta area home since he was 14 years old.

Araya splits time between the Buckhead part of Atlanta and Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He loves being a father to his son, Jack, and enjoys playing soccer with him. A student to life, Araya strives to “always be doing, always be learning.”
About Me
For him, this starts with an emphasis on the client’s total experience. With that framework as his guide, he provides extensive wealth planning and customized investment advice. He has significant experience—and success—in understanding and working with the often complex and unique situations of the individuals and families he serves. His clients benefit from Mike’s deep background in the industry, and from personal service and frequent contact from our attentive administrative staff.
Mike’s industry experience includes his previous roles as a private client advisor and also as a branch manager, which included supervising, hiring and mentoring the financial advisors in various offices. He joined UBS in 2012 and was a member of the UBS President’s Council. Mike joined Morgan Stanley with the broader team in 2024. He holds his Series 3, 7, 65 and 66 securities licenses.
Mike graduated with high honor from Georgia Tech with a degree in business. He also earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Driven to support charities and organizations that benefit children, Mike served as president of the Atlanta Ronald McDonald Houses and was a longtime board member.
Mike and his wife, Leslie, live in the Atlanta area and are proud of their three grown children and four grandchildren.

About Me
Mike is a consultant to many of our corporate clients, advising them on appropriate retirement plan strategies and structures and guiding trustees through their fiduciary obligations. He holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designation, Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC), as well as a Corporate Retirement Director designation, two indicators of his deep knowledge of retirement plan issues and fiduciary responsibilities.
A graduate of Georgia Tech, he lettered in both football and golf while a student there.
Mike and his wife, Sandy, live in John’s Creek, where he likes to golf and is an active member of Shallowford Presbyterian Church.

In fact, the relationship aspect of this business is what led Tyler to a career in financial services. He sincerely enjoys helping clients grow and protect their wealth for a happy retirement.
He has worked in the industry since 2013 and became fully registered in 2014. In 2017, he became a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. Tyler also holds his insurance license and his Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses. He earned his B.S. in business management from Oglethorpe University.
Tyler lives in Alpharetta with his wife, Amber, and their three daughters, Carson, Presley and Adley. He loves spending quality time with his family and his friends. In his free time, he loves watching sports and Philadelphia sports teams. He golfs, plays basketball and is passionate about traveling and exploring new cities. Additionally, he is involved in CURE, a foundation dedicated to conquering childhood cancer.

About Me
Ronnie was born and raised in Cartersville, GA as a two-sport athlete. Although having an opportunity to further his baseball career, he committed to play football at Auburn University. Ronnie enrolled at Auburn University in the spring of 2000. Upon finishing a successful career at Auburn University, Brown was selected as the 2nd pick in the 2005 NFL draft by none other than Auburn’s cross-state rival’s coach, Nick Saban and the Miami Dolphins. During his tenure in the NFL, he played for four teams (Miami Dolphins, Philadelphia Eagles, San Diego Chargers [now LA], and the Houston Texans).
In 2018, after a successful ten-year professional football career in the NFL complete with a Pro Bowl appearance. Ronnie transitioned into wealth management to work with business professionals, professional athletes, coaches and other high net-worth individuals to strategize and implement solutions addressing short-term and long-term financial goals. While being a former athlete, Ronnie understands the importance of creating a comprehensive financial plan to achieve long-term personal financial goals. He is focused on developing and customizing financial plans targeted to meet clients’ stated goals and objectives. Ronnie possesses the unique understanding of both the intricacies of wealth management, as well as the unconventional needs of a pro athlete. In addition, he recognizes how imperative advanced planning with trustworthy professionals is in developing effective financial strategies for financial success and financial freedom.
Ronnie obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Auburn University in 2004. He is licensed and registered and currently works as a financial professional. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and their two children. Ronnie is a hands-on dad who enjoys supporting his children’s activities, spending time with his family, playing golf and attending various sporting events.

About Mary Lucy Reid
At the start of her working life, Mary Lucy learned the importance of integrity, commitment and excellence. When, in her senior year of college, she founded a babysitter placement agency serving families in Greenville, SC, trust and credibility were critical to doing business. She sees a parallel to the high degree of trust required in the wealth management industry.
Today, Mary Lucy’s primary focus is to assist in building customized financial plans. As part of your wealth management team, she sees her role as helping you create the life you want, pursue your dreams, and protect your loved ones.
Mary Lucy has her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Furman University and holds her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Beyond the office, Mary Lucy continues to work toward protecting opportunities for others. She served on the Board of Safe Harbor, a Greenville-based nonprofit that benefits domestic abuse victims. She helped raise over $120,000 at their 2018 fundraiser, Fashion with a Passion. She has also been involved with the Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary and the United Way of Greenville County.
An avid traveler, she has been on safari in Kenya and hiked Machu Picchu in Peru. When she’s not putting her passport to use, Mary Lucy enjoys time with family and friends, reading, running, hiking and skiing.
About Zachary Green
His appreciation and desire to work in this niche sector comes from a lifetime experience of being party to countless large-scale transactions as his family members have all started, grown, and sold their respective businesses since he was a child. The complex nature of each sale is seen as an intriguing challenge to him, and he enjoys bringing this enthusiasm within every client interaction.
Zac has worked in the industry since 2018, joining Morgan Stanley with the broader team in 2024. He holds the Certified Fiduciary Plan Advisor and Accredited Investment Fiduciary certifications. He holds the Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, and insurance licenses. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Lafayette College in Easton, PA.
Zac is a lifelong Atlanta native from the East Cobb area. He spends his free time being active through long-distance running, hiking, playing chess, and attending live music. He is a member of the Grady Health Foundation, World Wildlife Fund, and multiple other local charity groups. He is also a member of Lafayette College's advisory board and President of the Atlanta alumni network.
About Alexandria Rasin
Alexandria has 15 years of financial services experience working with professional athletes, business owners and families that want to create a true legacy for their families. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she worked as a Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo in 2019 and as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate for UBS Financial Services for 7 years where she specialized in the athlete practice. Previously, she was at Merrill Lynch and Northwestern Mutual where her core focus was on helping executives, business owners and retirees preserve and pass on their wealth to ones they love. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Westwood College. Alexandria holds her Series 7, 66 registrations and her Life and Health Insurances Licenses.
When away from the office she enjoys helping in her community with various ventures. She also enjoys spending time with her husband Steven and children Albry and Trey; traveling to their next adventure.
About Molly Dunlap
Molly works primarily with our clients that are just starting out as young professionals and athletes along with retirees that are navigating the next stage of life. Molly is licensed in the Series 7 and 66 along with the AWMA certification with a concentration in Sports and Entertainment.
A Clemson University graduate, Molly and her husband John live in Simpsonville, SC, with their 2 daughters.
About Marc Isenberg
The result was Marc’s book Money Players: A Guide to Success in Sports, Business and Life for Pro Athletes. He also wrote The Student Athlete Survival Guide (McGraw-Hill) and Go Pro Like a Pro. In 2021, Marc joined Caliber Wealth Consulting at UBS to help advance their mission. In 2024, Marc joined Morgan Stanley with the broader team to continue promoting financial literacy, as well as name, image and likeness (NIL) education, for college and professional athletes.
Marc has always been fascinated by wealth building. He believes that the lessons of sports are highly applicable to success in business and investing. As part of the Caliber Group, he shares a passion for helping clients achieve their financial and life goals while avoiding the pitfalls. Marc started his career at Morgan Stanley as well, where he served in various capacities, including as director of financial education in the Global Sports and Entertainment division.
Outside of the office, Marc lives with his wife, Debbie, and daughter, Rebecca. Marc is an adjunct instructor at USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, where he co-teaches The NIL Experience with Debbie, a sports agent.
About Alexandra Cogswell
She started her career in the financial services industry in 1984, working in marketing for a savings and loan bank that offered brokerage services through its branches. In another prior role as a branch administrator, Alexandra supervised the training and daily activities of the sales support staff, while also handling the branch’s technology and human resources requirements.
Since joining UBS in 2012, Alexandra has focused her skills on developing and delivering a “concierge” level of service to the team’s clients and their families. In 2024, she joined Morgan Stanley with the broader team where she continues to serve as their primary administrative resource.
A graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, Alexandra holds her Series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses.
With the youngest of her three children now in their twenties, Alexandra is busy with home improvements. She enjoys photography, sports, travel and her pets. She also spends time volunteering for a variety of events, including activities involving Ronald McDonald House and the Children’s Restoration Network.
About Roxanne Vann
Roxanne originally started in the financial services industry in 1999 where she worked in Morgan Stanley's Operations department. Afterward, she changed careers and worked in Facilities in 2005. In 2010, she relocated to Atlanta, GA to return to the financial services industry, where she worked as a Receptionist, Branch Technology Liaison, and a Branch Service Associate at UBS.
Outside of the office, Roxanne values her time with family and loves to travel. An empty nester, she has one son who is married and one grandson.
About Cordaro Howard
The two married together when awarded a football scholarship to attend the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. From there, he entered the NFL in 2010 and played until 2014 for the Buffalo Bills and Blatimore Ravens. Cordaro then continued his career by playing in the CFL from 2014 to 2016.
Seeing a need for education and awareness regarding overall financial literacy, in 2017, Cordaro transitioned from the CFL into the Financial Services sector.
Cordaro received his Bachelor's degree in History, Technology, and Science with a minor in Finance. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia and is a devoted father to his three children and an active contributor to his local community.
