About Bruce A Burrows

Bruce A. Burrows is a Managing Director and Stock Plan Director at Morgan Stanley.  He co-heads The Burrows Strzelecki Group, a team of highly qualified and experienced Financial Advisors, Sales Assistants, Administrators, and Relationship Managers focusing on corporate services including stock plan administration, controlled/restricted stock services and financial wellness programs. 

Bruce limits his practice to working closely with a select group of corporate executives helping them achieve all that is important to them.  His wealth management service model includes a five meeting process that begins with an exploratory discovery meeting.  Through this process he selects clients with whom he can have a high impact.  Bruce collaborates with his clients to help address their advanced planning needs and help them make smart decisions about their money.

Bruce is currently a member of Morgan Stanley’s Chairman's Council, which honors outstanding performance by Financial Advisors.  He works with professionals within different departments of Morgan Stanley who share their expertise for the benefit of his clients, creating comprehensive personalized wealth management strategies. Steven Strzelecki is a Managing Director and Corporate Client Group Director at Morgan Stanley.  He co-heads The Burrows Strzelecki Group, a team of 30 highly qualified and experienced Financial Advisors, Sales Assistants, Administrators, and Relationship Managers focusing on corporate services including stock plan administration and controlled/restricted stock services.  The Group is complemented by a network of approximately 100 Financial Advisor Teams who service and educate stock plan employees.

During his time at UBS, he was initially responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive financial plans across the Long Island market before becoming a financial advisor. His extensive experience has provided him with substantial knowledge on complex planning strategies in regards to retirement, insurance, education planning, charitable giving and legacy planning. Brian is a FINRA-Registered General Securities Representative, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® and holds life insurance and variable annuity licenses. As a Portfolio Manager, Brian is among a select group of Morgan Stanley advisors in the Portfolio Management program who conducts their own research and develops customized portfolio solutions for clients with a simple goal in mind: achieve long term returns while managing volatility. Brian received a B.A. in Finance from Hofstra University and is a graduate of Chaminade High School.

About Gio Ozkan

Gio provides wealth management and retirement planning services for his clients at Morgan Stanley, taking a comprehensive approach to developing and implementing investment, liability and risk management strategies that help clients build, preserve and transfer their wealth. He is also the lead advisor for the team for cash management and lending services.

Prior to his career at Morgan Stanley, Lance played nine years of professional basketball overseas in various countries. He was part of the Golden State Warriors organization immediately after college, before establishing his basketball career outside of the United States.

About Jonathan Brooks

Jonathan Brooks is a Senior Vice President and Investment Consultant at Morgan Stanley. He is a member of the leadership team of The Burrows Strzelecki Group - one of the largest corporate services teams in the industry – and is responsible for business development, relationship management and strategic partnering.

Jonathan joined The Burrows Strzelecki Group at Morgan Stanley in 2024. He began his career in 1998 and has held positions in relationship management, sales, and management at Morgan Stanley (and its predecessor firms), UBS, and E*TRADE, prior to returning to Morgan Stanley in 2020 by way of acquisition. His industry experience includes specializations in equity and executive compensation, as well as wealth management.

Jonathan graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He lives in Montclair, NJ with his wife, two daughters and son. He spends his free time hiking and playing tennis. In addition, he dedicates some of his time to local community organizations, including volunteering for Cycle for Survival, fundraising for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Katherine began her career at a Morgan Stanley predecessor firm in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Katherine spent over 20 years in the financial services industry with a focus on Wealth Management. Babita Veeria joined the Burrows/Strzelecki Group at Morgan Stanley in 2000. Xavier A. Rodriguez joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 and later The Burrows Strzelecki Group in February 2024, where he is currently a Registered Associate. Within the team, his primary responsibilities include client and investment support. Prior to joining the firm Xavier previously worked at JPMorgan Wealth Management, managing high-net-worth clientele.

Xavier earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brooklyn College. In his free time, Xavier enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his dog, Max.
