About Bruce A Burrows
Bruce limits his practice to working closely with a select group of corporate executives helping them achieve all that is important to them. His wealth management service model includes a five meeting process that begins with an exploratory discovery meeting. Through this process he selects clients with whom he can have a high impact. Bruce collaborates with his clients to help address their advanced planning needs and help them make smart decisions about their money.
Bruce is currently a member of Morgan Stanley’s Chairman's Council, which honors outstanding performance by Financial Advisors. He works with professionals within different departments of Morgan Stanley who share their expertise for the benefit of his clients, creating comprehensive personalized wealth management strategies. By helping his clients set clear goals and developing a road-map to tackling challenging wealth management problems, Bruce helps simplify his clients’ financial lives.
Bruce has been with Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firms since 1992 and is committed to leading his clients through difficult markets and complicated wealth management challenges. Bruce received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Economics, from The American University in Washington DC. Bruce resides in Manhasset, New York with his wife Tone and their two sons.

Steve joined Morgan Stanley (and its predecessor firms) in 1998. Prior to his current role, Steven held various positions within the firm, including Business Development Director and Relationship Manager. He is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP), a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, and is Series 7 & 63 registered. Before joining Morgan, he worked as an Account Executive with Joseph Stevens & Company, a boutique Investment Bank.

Mr. Reynolds’ 30yr career in wealth management has included leadership roles in sales/trading, investment advisory and portfolio management within the private wealth management divisions of Citi, Julius Baer and UBS. Terence serves on various boards including St Jean Baptiste in NYC, Our Lady of the Miraculous Church, Beach Catholic Parishes, Point Lookout Civic Association, the steering committee of Morgan Stanley’s disAbility Network and works closely with the Viscardi School for the disABLED in Albertson, NY. Terence is passionate about providing quality education and employment to minorities and disabled persons. He received a Bachelor of Science in finance, from St John’s University in NYC. Terence resides in Point Lookout, NY with his wife Kerri.

About Gio Ozkan
Gio joined Morgan Stanley Private Bank in 2013 as an analyst and worked his way up to Private Banker in Boston, where he helped solve clients’ lending needs and provided strategic insight to business professionals, real estate owners and high-net-worth individuals. Prior to his career in financial services, Gio had several opportunities to try out for the New York Jets after having been recruited to play football at the University at Buffalo, where he served as a captain of the team and graduated with a degree in finance.
Gio is also on the Board of Directors for a SaaS company based out of Boston, MA. The company is a mobile panic button and communications platform designed to save lives.
A native of Istanbul, Turkey, and currently a resident of New York City, Outside of spending time with his family, Gio is an avid cyclist and enjoys golfing and pickleball.

Prior to his career at Morgan Stanley, Lance played nine years of professional basketball overseas in various countries. He was part of the Golden State Warriors organization immediately after college, before establishing his basketball career outside of the United States.
As New York City native, with West Indian parents, Lance grew up in the East Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn. He enjoys playing tennis in his spare time and volunteering as a basketball coach with his former travel organization, New Heights NYC.

Jonathan joined The Burrows Strzelecki Group at Morgan Stanley in 2024. He began his career in 1998 and has held positions in relationship management, sales, and management at Morgan Stanley (and its predecessor firms), UBS, and E*TRADE, prior to returning to Morgan Stanley in 2020 by way of acquisition. His industry experience includes specializations in equity and executive compensation, as well as wealth management.
Jonathan graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He lives in Montclair, NJ with his wife, two daughters and son. He spends his free time hiking and playing tennis. In addition, he dedicates some of his time to local community organizations, including volunteering for Cycle for Survival, fundraising for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Vonzell has a BA from the University of Virginia and a JD from Boston College Law School.
In his free time Vonzell enjoys working out, biking and spending time with friends in his Brooklyn neighborhood.

About Breno Vilete
Associate Private Bankers partner with Private Bankers and Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.
Breno began his career in financial services in 2011, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 as an Associate Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Relationship Banker at Santander Bank. He also served as a Wealth Strategy Associate at UBS.
Breno is a graduate of the Kean University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He lives in Wantagh, New York. Outside of the office, Breno enjoys riding his peloton, working out, and watching movies.
