Our Mission Statement
Our Story and Services
Our Process

Our A4 financial planning process focuses on you. It's about developing, executing and monitoring a holistic financial plan that's right for your needs, risk tolerances, timeframes and goals. You can count on our team to work with you to create a tailored strategy. Here's a step-by-step look at what to expect so you'll feel more prepared and comfortable.
1) Discovery & Goals Analysis
We'll take the time to fully understand you and your family. Whether you're planning for retirement, purchasing a home, living out your golden years or distributing your wealth, we'll consider your entire picture when building your financial plan. Our mission is to align your actions with your intentions for a more successful outcome. But we need to understand what's most important to you first.
2) Advise
Based upon the findings of our initial conversation, we'll collaboratively develop a tailored investment strategy that meets your requirement for growth, income or wealth conservation within your risk constraints. We'll make the plan flexible enough to adapt to changes in your personal or professional life. The plan may include a broad range of solutions—from investments to insurance to lending to estate planning.
3) Evaluate & Implement
We'll discuss the proposed plan with you, and make any adjustments based on your feedback. When we have your approval, we'll then begin to implement your plan. We can also coordinate with your CPA and estate attorney as necessary to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive strategy.
As part of our onboarding process, we can assist with opening your Morgan Stanley Online account, and show you how to conveniently manage your investments and everyday finances from a single platform.
4) Track Progress & Review
Life evolves and market conditions change. So, it's important to keep the lines of communication open. We'll meet regularly based on your preferences to ensure your plan remains current, and to review your progress towards achieving your goals.
Helping You Before, During, and After Retirement
At the Bristlecone Group at Morgan Stanley, we specialize in helping our clients create a plan for before, during, and post retirement. Being able to retire comfortably and meet your income needs is a primary goal for many clients and we are able to help you achieve this goal.
Before Retirement
Before retirement you are focused on earning and investing enough funds to be able to retire. We are able to help craft a tailored financial plan with this goal in mind. Whether you are changing jobs, or looking to move funds, we are able to handle all of your rollover needs. We are then able to manage these assets and integrate your company's retirement plan into our overall strategy to make sure you are on track throughout this process.
During Retirement
When you have made it to this stage, Congratulations! You have been able to acquire enough assets to be able to retire from your job and focus on friends, family, hobbies, travel, etc. However, the work with your finances does not end here. As we continue to manage your assets, we look further than asset protection and growth. With our expertise and some of the technology Morgan Stanley has to offer, we are able to make sure you pull an income efficiently from your investment accounts to live off of. By making sure we optimize your withdrawal strategy, we can help mitigate tax consequences as well as not sacrifice long term growth of your portfolio.
After Retirement
After you have lived a long fruitful life, you start to look to what you are leaving behind. Many of our clients want to make sure their family is taken care of as well as leave a lasting legacy. We are able to coordinate with you estate attorneys and work alongside you to make sure your hard earned wealth passes to the next generation. We also work with your heirs to ensure they have the financial literacy needed to maintain your wealth. We will also help with any charitable giving and gifting goals you may have to make sure that your wealth transfers according to your needs and goals.
