About Joe Dugan

Joe Dugan, CPM® has more than 30 years of investment management experience. He joined Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. in November of 1991. At the time, we were part of the Sears Financial Network. Since then, the world has changed dramatically. Through spinoffs, mergers, and joint ventures, Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. is a predecessor company of what the world knows today as Morgan Stanley.

Joe’s focus is on service and trust. His client centric process delivers a path toward a family’s financial goal achievement. The goals-based solutions mapped out with clients are as unique as their families.

In 2018, Joe was awarded the Certified Portfolio Management (CPM®) by Columbia University. Joe draws on his professional experience, training, research, and the vast resources of Morgan Stanley. His model portfolios are based on a foundation of risk and volatility tolerance, time horizon, and cash flow desired by the client.

In early 2020, Joe began splitting time between Northfield, NJ and St. Louis, MO. His business continues and will remain “Jersey centric”, but through advancements in telecommunications and technology, Joe stays in close contact with NJ and MO communities.

In May 2023, Shannon Nichols joined the Practice. Shannon has been an extremely valuable asset to my team, her expertise, depth of experience and intelligence has significantly enhanced our clients experience.

Away from the office, Joe enjoys time with Enita (wife) and their son, Colin. Fitness is a very important part of life. Golf and travel are favorite past-times. Charitable interests include: The Tara Miller Melanoma Foundation (which is seeking a cure for Melanoma), the Catholic Church, and mental health awareness.
