The Brennan Group at Morgan Stanley, founded in 2000, focuses on providing customized and comprehensive wealth management services for our clients. Our team consists of Sean and Tim Brennan and our Portfolio Associate Amy Coleman. Collectively, we have over 90 years of experience in finance and wealth management.

We offer a tailored approach to financial planning and wealth management that is focused on building, growing and preserving wealth for business owners, executives, individuals and wealthy families. We focus on providing solutions for clients in asset management, retirement planning, philanthropy, corporate and municipal bond portfolios, alternative investments, lending products and insurance products. We also offer multi-generational wealth planning advice along with stock option analysis and strategies to hedge concentrated equity positions.

Meet The Brennan Group

About Sean P. Brennan

Sean joined Morgan Stanley in 2000 after graduating from Villanova University. He attended Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft, NJ before Villanova. Sean has almost 20 years in wealth management experience working with affluent individuals and wealthy families.

Sean received his B.S in Business Administration from Villanova University, graduating with a degree in Finance from the School of Commerce and Finance in the year 2000. He joined Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in September 2000 as an associate and has been at the firm for the past 14 years. In 2003, he was professionally certified by the NY Institute of Finance in Technical Analysis with a focus on inter-market analysis and technical indicators. Over the years, Sean has received the distinction of being named to the Century and Masters Clubs.

Sean lives in Rumson with his wife Amanda and his daughters, Reese and Kate. He loves spending his free time with Amanda and their girls. In addition, Sean is an avid boater and jet skier.

About Timothy J. Brennan

Tim has local roots in New Jersey where he graduated from Christian Brother Academy in Lincroft in 1991. He attended college at Princeton University where he graduated in 1995 “magna cum laude” with an AB in Economics. He started his career on Wall Street at BNP / Cooper Neff on the Foreign Currency Option trading floor of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. In 1996, Tim left BNP / Cooper Neff to join Prudential Securities’ Fixed Income Training program and eventually their Proprietary Trading desk. After Prudential Securities, Tim joined Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and was a Vice President in their Leveraged Finance Group. After DLJ was bought by Credit Suisse in 2000, Tim worked in their Leveraged Finance Group as a High Yield trader. He was appointed Managing Director in 2005 and was promoted to running High Yield Credit Derivatives in that same year. In 2008, Tim was appointed Head of High Yield Cash and Credit Derivative Trading. He was also responsible for trading the Healthcare, Media, Cable and Satellite sectors as well. In 2015, Tim joined Jefferies LLC as Managing Director and Co-Head of High Yield Trading and Sector Strategy in their Leveraged Finance Group where he worked until December 2017.

About Anthony Viskovic

Anthony Viskovic is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in New Jersey.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Anthony began his career in financial services in 2004, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 as a Regional Lending Advisor. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Internal Banking Consultant at UBS Financial Services.

Anthony is a graduate of Rutgers University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He lives in Ocean, New Jersey with his family. Outside of the office, Anthony enjoys being active, cooking, traveling and spending time with his family.
