About Reg Brown
His team focuses on working with business owners, senior executives, and corporate directors. He works with a number of CEOs and Directors on their personal wealth management issues. He provides custom corporate solutions to public and private companies and their CFOs. For business owners, he works closely with those who have sold or who are contemplating the sale or recapitalization of their business.
Reg and his team seek to thoroughly understand their client's financial lives and provide holistic solutions in lending, investment management, financial and retirement planning, wealth and legacy planning, and risk management and hedging.
An industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, he holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist designation from the College for Financial Planning. He is experienced in designing, implementing, and maintaining retirement plan solutions for businesses.
Reg and his wife of 31 years, Brenda, have three children and have been residents of Marietta, GA since 1995. Reg is active in golf, tennis, cycling, and running, and is an instrument rated private pilot.

About Steve Kilinski
His team focuses on working with business owners, senior executives and directors. He works with a number of CEOs and Directors on their personal wealth management issues with a focus on financial and retirement planning as well as executive financial services (EFS). For business owners, he works closely with those who have sold or who are contemplating the sale or recapitalization of their business.
He has been recognized as a member of the Morgan Stanley Pacesetters Club 2010-2015, a global recognition program for Financial Advisors who, within their first five years, demonstrate the highest professional standards and first class client service.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Steve was recognized as a top producer in the residential mortgage lending industry with companies such as Atlanta’s former #1 lender by loan volume per the Atlanta Business Chronicle, HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation. After HomeBanc, he also ran his own mortgage lending firm, TriStone Financial LLC.
Steve has a B.S. degree in International Finance with a concentration in German & a minor in Economics from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. He was active in the Delta Tau Delta social fraternity as well as Delta Sigma Pi, a business fraternity whose mission is to foster the study of business in universities.
Steve & his wife, Jessica, have 2 children & have been residents of Marietta GA since 2000. Born & raised in New Orleans LA, Steve & Jessica try to bring some of the flavor of their unique hometown to the people they meet. For fun, Steve enjoys time with the family, mountain biking, golf, cooking, traveling and working on home projects.

Areas of expertise include retirement-income planning strategies, financial planning analysis, investment asset & liability management and family legacy transfer. He has assisted corporate executives and their families with company-issued equity awards, concentrated stock positions, Rule 10b5-1 trading plans, financial planning and wealth management.
He brings more than 35 years of domestic and international experience to the field. He earned a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation (CRPC®) designation from the College for Financial Planning and brings over 35 years of domestic and international business experience to help families and individuals with their wealth management needs.
He holds a Masters of International Business Studies from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and graduated with honors with a B.S. from the University of Tennessee. He lives in Atlanta with his wife Stacey and their two wonderful children.

Jason began his career in financial services in 2002, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Wealth Management Banker at Merrill Lynch. He also served as an Operations Supervisor at PHH Mortgage.
Jason is a graduate of Florida State University, where he received both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Finance. He lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia with his family. Outside of the office, Jason enjoys spending time with family, attending his kids sporting events, traveling, watching college football, and coaching his daughters’ softball team.

Brian Ford began his career in financial services in 2006, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2015 as an Associate Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Regional Private Banker at Wells Fargo, as well as a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial.
Brian is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Management. He and his family reside in Cumming, Georgia. Outside of the office, Brian dedicates his time to developing future leaders in youth athletics, serving as a Coach on his children’s baseball teams. When not on the field, he also enjoys running, traveling, watching sports, and spending time with his family.

Jay began his career in financial services in 2012, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2021. Prior to his current position, he supported a Wealth Management Advisor at Northwestern Mutual in a financial planning role.
Jay graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelors degree in English and holds his Certified Financial Planner® and Retirement Income Certified Professional® designations. Jay lives in Marietta, Georgia with his spouse and three children. Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with family, playing electric guitar in the worship band at his church, running, and playing chess.
