Resource Center
The Brandywine Group believes financial education leads to better insights into our investment strategy and discipline. As a result, we are committed to providing you with important information about managing your wealth more effectively in today's global markets.
It is estimated that 70%+ of a business owners net worth is derived from the value of their business. Often, owners arrive at the end of their careers to find that their business is not positioned nor ready to successfully transfer to a new owner because they missed the opportunity to grow transferrable value, which ultimately results in a lower sale price and less favorable exit overall. Our team works collaboratively with a team of advisors to enhance and improve exit outcomes for our business owner clients, and to help maximize the value of their business and personal financial plans.
Business Succession Planning
Owning a business typically requires years, even decades, of dedication and commitment. However, business owners are frequently unaware of the preparation necessary to execute an effective succession plan. Whether you're considering an IPO, merger with a strategic buyer, or transitioning your business to family members, we're here to help you create and carry out a successful exit strategy. Schedule an appointment with us to learn more.
