About Timothy D. Broderick
With 33 years in the financial services industry, Timothy D. Broderick is the most senior member of The BHR Group at Morgan Stanley, bringing a wealth of experience in personal financial wellness programs and an extensive knowledge of corporate stock plans to the team. Serving corporations, stock plan needs throughout the years has allowed him to develop a proficiency in The BHR Group’s other core competency: servicing the wealth management needs of past and present corporate executives and entrepreneurs.
Additionally, Tim is dedicated to his continuous professional development, and is among a select group of Advisors holding the rigorous Family Wealth Director designation. This elite designation gives The BHR Group direct access to the Family Wealth Advisory Services (FWAS) suite of resources and products, empowering the team to provide their ultra-high net worth clients with a truly differentiated experience, competitive with a multifamily office service platform.

About Randy S. Holmeen
Having dedicated himself to serving as the primary “doctor of financial health” for families and corporate executives for over two decades, Randy S. Holmeen is very passionate about helping those he educates achieve financial happiness and, ultimately, meaning and purpose to their lives. Armed with an MBA from the University of Connecticut, Randy developed a vision for running his own practice. About Peter N. Junggren, Jr.
Peter N. Junggren started his career in 2004 when he was recruited as a Financial Advisor on a corporate stock plan team at UBS. Over his tenure at UBS, Peter cultivated his wealth management clientele while learning the nuances of company stock administration, including, but not limited to, stock options, RSUs, SARs and ESPP plans. It was a great fit. Peter, who majored in psychology at St. Lawrence University, views his work as a Financial Advisor as the perfect marriage of two interests: behavior and finance. “It’s fascinating to me, the psychology behind it all. I have always excelled at mathematics and analytics, so this was a great way to combine the two.”
Once he had identified the right career, Peter set out to find a team to call home. Opening his first investment account at the age of 16 with money saved from his Bar Mitzvah, Austin has been captivated by the financial markets since a very young age. About Lisa Capobianco
Lisa Capobianco joined Morgan Stanley in 1999 as a Client Associate in New York’s World Trade Center office, where she was stationed until moving to Connecticut in 2006 to join The BHR Group. Lisa is in charge of wealth management operations and client service for the team. She has a perpetual ambition to deliver first-class client service to every client of The BHR Group, assuring all operational needs are completed with accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, Lisa is a trendsetter for implementing Morgan Stanley’s cutting-edge digital tools into the team’s wealth management process while continuously striving to enhance the client experience. Lisa graduated from Hofstra University in 1999 with a degree in finance. She currently resides in Prospect, Connecticut, with her husband, Rod, and daughter, Gabriella.
About Brian Peterson
Brian Peterson was first introduced to the business as an intern for Scottrade in 2009, where he witnessed firsthand what it was like working with individuals and their finances. After graduating from Sacred Heart University in 2011 with a degree in finance and economics, he stayed with Scotttrade and transferred from the Fairfield, Connecticut, office to the West Hartford, Connecticut, office, where he became a licensed Financial Representative. In 2013, Brian made the move to Morgan Stanley, where he was first introduced to The BHR Group and the intricacies of the stock plan business. Today, Brian is a Portfolio Associate in charge of the team’s corporate stock plan operations and executive 10b5-1 plan execution. Outside of work, Brian enjoys exercising at the gym and running with his wife, Kelly. They reside in Newington, Connecticut, with their dog Clyde.
