Five Star Wealth Manager. This award was issued in 2015, 2016 & 2017 based on an evaluation process as described below. This evaluation was not based on a specific time period, but was conducted by Five Star Professional (FSP) that considered, among other factors, the following:
• Favorable regulatory and complaint history review. As defined by FSP, the wealth manager has not: 1.) Been subject to a regulatory action that resulted in a license being suspended or revoked, or payment of a fine; 2.) Had more than a total of three settled or pending complaints filed against them and/or a total of five settled, pending, dismissed, or denied complaints with any regulatory authority or FSP’s consumer complaint process.

About David Beyer

With over 40 years of experience, David has established himself as one of the most dynamic and well respected financial advisors in the industry. It is David’s sincere approach to building long-term relationships and his genuine empathy that distinguish him among his peers.

David is a co-founder of The Beyer Stein Group where he coordinates and manages the day-to-day operations. David’s focus on asset management, financial planning, concentrated equity and wealth transfer strategies has helped him earn and retain the trust and confidence of each and every one of his clients.

David has been recognized as a leader at Morgan Stanley and within the industry. Since 2014, David has consistently been named to Barron's America's Top 1200 Advisors: State by State list, most recently in 2024. He was named to Forbes Magazine's inaugural List of America's Top Wealth Advisors: State-by-State in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Financial Times also recognized him as one of the Top 400 Financial Advisors in the United States for 2013, 2014, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. Since joining Morgan Stanley, David has been a member of their prestigious Chairman’s Club, an honor granted to the Firm’s most accomplished financial advisors.

Mitch is a Managing Director, Partner, and Co-Founder of The Beyer Stein Group. He provides overall strategic direction for the team and its clients. Mitch’s dedication to his clients has been recognized within the firm and across the financial services industry. In addition, he is a member of the Firm’s prestigious 2024 President’s Club, a select group composed of the Firm’s top Financial Advisors.

Mitch is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner with over 20 years of financial services industry experience. He personally oversees each client’s customized investment strategy while delivering an exceptional level of service. Mitch focuses on analyzing alternative investment opportunities, coordinating trust and estate planning strategies, and crafting solutions to finance personal or business needs.

Mitch began his career at UBS where he later partnered with David Beyer to create The Beyer Stein Group. In 2009, they moved to Morgan Stanley to continue to evolve their business model and better serve the evolving and complex needs of their clients.

Mitch graduated with highest distinction from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. He remains an active alumni and mentor for current students. He is a consistent guest speaker at Penn State’s Smeal College of Business.

Mitch resides in New Jersey with his wife, Ellyn, and their children, Hallie and Jake. In his spare time, he is active in youth sports and loves coaching his children’s basketball teams.

About Eric Halper

A partner with The Beyer Stein Group, Eric draws on 17 years of investment management experience to help high net worth families and institutions formulate and implement investment strategies to address a broad range of needs. Alongside David and Mitch, Eric guides the team’s investment due diligence and portfolio construction efforts to deliver research-based solutions to clients.

Previously, Eric served as an ETF Specialist at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and EGShares, a boutique emerging markets asset manager which was later sold to Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Earlier in his career, Eric held various sales, strategy, and business management positions at UBS Wealth Management Americas, including supporting the CEO during the 2008 - 2009 Great Financial Crisis. Immediately prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Eric focused on alternative investment product development and distribution at NYDIG Asset Management, a subsidiary of Stone Ridge Holdings Group.

A thought leader in portfolio construction, Eric serves on the Nasdaq Advisor Council where he was invited to share feedback on product development and investment research topics.

Eric earned his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, and a BBA in Political Science from the University of Miami. He maintains his Series 7, 63, 65, 66, and Life Insurance and Variable Annuity licenses.

Eric resides in Short Hills, NJ with his wife, Jenny and their children, Lucy, Harry, and Winnie. He sits on the Board of Trustees for the Usher 1F Collaborative, a nonprofit funding medical research to find a cure or treatment for Usher Syndrome.

About Tiffany Riady

Tiffany leverages over 20 years of experience in providing concierge level service to our clients. She places equal importance on all client issues and concerns and strives to see the resolution of each one through to completion. Helping fulfill the client need is central to her role. She successfully cultivates new and existing relationships through her diligent approach to managing client accounts.

Tiffany oversees all aspects of the team’s operational controls and administrative procedures. She assists clients with account opening, online service enrollment, account maintenance, trading, and disbursements. She also prepares customized portfolio reviews to help ensure clients are on track to meet their objectives.

Prior to her tenure on the team, she worked for a California office of UBS for two years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management from The University of California – San Diego. She maintains her Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as her Life Insurance, Accident and Health Insurance, and Variable Annuity licenses.

About Viktoriya Ragulina

Viktoriya’s comprehensive knowledge of firm resources, platforms and products allows her to offer outstanding administrative support to clients and to promptly address their inquiries. She assists clients with account opening, account maintenance, trading and disbursements.

Viktoriya ensures that clients are always connected to their financial information both online and in person. She also serves as a liaison between clients and their other trusted advisors to ensure that the team takes a holistic approach to a client’s overall financial picture.

Prior to joining the team, Viktoriya worked with the accounting firm of ERPS Inc. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida and her Master of Science in Finance from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. She maintains her Series 7 and 66 licenses.

About Leonardo Cordero

Leo joins the team from Morgan Stanley’s highly selective Branch Analyst Program where he gained critical insight into the wealth management business through focused roles in the areas of financial planning, investment manager selection, cash management, risk management, operations and services. Leo has a dual-role within The Beyer Stein Group. He conducts investment research and due diligence to support the team’s portfolio management. He also works closely with clients to provide administrative and operational support to facilitate daily account management. Leo maintains his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Leo graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College, where he majored in economics and business management and was also captain of the tennis team. He grew up in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico and lived for a few years in Barcelona, Spain where he trained to be a tennis player. He now resides in New York City.

About Zoe Stathes

Zoe helps clients achieve their goals through comprehensive financial planning and client service. She collaborates with our clients to develop a customized roadmap which guides key financial decisions, from estate planning strategies and retirement to investment risk management. As an integral part of our client service team, Zoe also ensures seamless management of our clients’ administrative and operational needs.

She started her career with Morgan Stanley as a Financial Planning Associate. During this time, she received comprehensive training in retirement planning and used the firm’s state-of-the-art tools to create and deliver financial plans to clients all over the country.

Zoe graduated from The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a minor in Management Information System. She is licensed with her Series 7, 63, & 65.
