About Chris Beal

Chris Beal is a Financial Advisor with Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager titles at Morgan Stanley. Chris began his career as a Financial Advisor in 2002 with Merrill Lynch and transitioned to Morgan Stanley in 2017. At Merrill Lynch Chris was a Senior Financial Advisor and also served as a trainer for new hires.

Chris received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Managerial Economics from Hampden-Sydney College. Additionally, Chris has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Designation (CRPC®) to better assist his clients with the comprehensive needs of retirement and preretirement.

Chris lives in Poquoson, VA with his wife and two children. He enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He is active in the community and is on the Board of Trustees for James River Association which is based in Richmond.

Chris has been recognized by Forbes on their Best-In-State Wealth Advisors list for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 in Virginia.

About Kelsey Beaulieu

Two years later, she joined Scott & Stringfellow for the opportunity to work in the firm’s Financial Planning Department and Mutual Fund Department. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2014 as a member of the management team.

Raised in Wayne, Pennsylvania, Kelsey currently lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband, Elliott. She is a member of The Woman’s Club of Richmond and the LPGA Amateur Golf Association and volunteers at the Virginia Food Bank (FeedMore). A sports enthusiast, Kelsey was the captain of the varsity tennis team while attending Rhodes College. In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf and bike riding. She also loves spending time at one of her favorite local spots, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.

About Brendan Toone

Brendan is a Financial Advisor and Senior Portfolio Manager with Morgan Stanley and has been in the financial industry since 2006. His primary duties on the team include investment analysis, portfolio construction, and general oversight of the investment platform as it pertains to our client investments.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Brendan was a Financial Advisor and Senior Portfolio Analyst at Merrill Lynch, where he worked alongside Chris and Gina. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Brendan was a Senior Hedge Fund Associate at Private Advisors, where he conducted due diligence on Hedge Fund managers.
Brendan received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations with a focus on Economics/Business and a minor in Accounting from Randolph-Macon College. He is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Virginia.

Brendan resides in Midlothian, VA with his wife Jessica and two daughters, Lydia and Maura. He enjoys playing golf, staying active outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.

About Gina Kietlinski

Gina Kietlinski is a Portfolio Associate with Morgan Stanley and has worked in the industry for over 25 years. Gina provides our clients with outstanding customer service with a very personal approach. She assists our clients with all administrative aspects of their accounts. Gina is registered and provides the team with trade support and client reporting.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Gina was at Merrill Lynch for 23 years, and during that time she had the privilege of being the Assistant to Donald T. Regan, past chairman of Merrill Lynch and Secretary of the US Treasury.

Gina is an active member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church and spends her free time traveling with her husband Art, and their children and grandchildren. On sunny days you can find her boating and jet skiing in our local waters.

About Anne Bouley

Anne is a Portfolio Associate and began her career with the predecessor firm of Morgan Stanley in 1985. After spending five years in our Roanoke, Virginia office as Operations Manager, she returned to Richmond to help Bob build his team. Anne's multifaceted duties include assuring a high level of quality client service and coordinating the team's overall day to day operation. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia where she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree. Anne's extensive knowledge helps her provide personal comprehensive assistance and she welcomes the opportunity to serve our clients and their families.

Anne and her husband, Mike, live in Quinton, Virginia with their two rescue dogs. She is the mother of an adult daughter and has two grandchildren as well. When not working, Anne enjoys quilting, music and jewelry making.

About Caitlin Gillie

Caitlin joined Morgan Stanley in October 2022 after spending more than 10 years with Davenport & Company, LLC, a Virginia based brokerage firm. Caitlin prides herself in assisting and educating clients by helping them to become more engaged with their investments. In her role as Senior Client Service Associate, Caitlin’s operational and administrative duties allow her to build trusting relationships while guiding clients along the way.

Born in Norfolk, Virginia, Caitlin’s family moved to Middlesex County, where she was raised. She relocated to Richmond’s southside in 2013 when she transitioned to Davenport’s corporate headquarters.

Caitlin obtained her Associate’s Degree from Rappahannock Community College, and is Series 7 registered with FINRA. In her free time, she enjoys being on the water, whether it is a river, bay, or ocean, spending time with family as well as her two dogs, Gibson and Scooter.

Katie began her career in financial services in 2007 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to her current position, she served as a Financial Planning Coordinator and, later, an Investment Executive at a regional financial services firm.

Katie graduated from the University of Richmond and holds her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. She and her family live in Richmond, Virginia. Outside of work, Katie enjoys gardening, reading, and cooking.
