About Scott Myers

Scott has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry as a Financial Advisor with the Beacon Group, which has been with Morgan Stanley since 2001. Scott works with clients to help build a foundation of trust based on integrity and a commitment to service that, along with the vast resources available at Morgan Stanley, will help serve the needs of present and future generations.

His areas of focus are long-term financial planning and investment selection for individuals and corporate retirement plans. Scott has earned the designation of Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) to help clients ensure their long-term financial well-being. Scott has also earned the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) credential, the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designation from the College for Financial Planning and has completed the Defined Contribution course of the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) program. A summa cum laude graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and a member of Penn State’s highly selective Schreyer Honors College, Scott earned his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business. He also holds a master's degree in International Affairs from George Washington University.

Scott was raised in Bucks County and has made the Jenkintown area his home, along with his wife, Rishona, their two daughters, and three cats. He actively supports a variety of charitable causes such as those funding health care research, food banks, Jewish causes, and environmental groups, by donating money and time. A music and sports fan, Scott closely follows Philly’s sports teams and is an avid skier. Alas, he has had to hang up the skates after 15 years in an ice hockey league.

About Noel Wolfe

Noel has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry as a Financial Advisor with The Beacon Group, which has been with Morgan Stanley since 2001. As a personal mission, Noel desires that every retirement plan participant receive the tools and guidance to help plan for a comfortable retirement with dignity. Therefore, Noel is dedicated to unbiased consulting for tailored retirement plan solutions. Andy has been with The Beacon Group at Morgan Stanley for more than 18 years. As a Portfolio Manager, he plays a vital role in supporting client relationships, handling the operational and administrative details that allow the team to deliver clear, consistent service. His steady, detail-driven approach helps ensure that clients feel confident their accounts and plans are managed with care.

Originally from Abington and a graduate of Cheltenham High School, Andy went on to earn his B.A. in Economics from Boston University, where he also served as Vice President of the Undergraduate Economics Association. His interest in finance has always been matched by a commitment to teamwork, something he continues to bring to his work each day.

Andy and his wife live in Willow Grove and are enjoying their new chapter as empty nesters while looking forward to the future joy of grandchildren. Away from work, he enjoys day trips with family, reading about history and science, and following Philadelphia sports. Having seen firsthand the effects of addiction, alcoholism, and mental illness on loved ones, Andy is also active in causes that support recovery and mental health awareness.

About Victoria Vogel

Victoria is a Client Service Associate with The Beacon Group at Morgan Stanley, where she supports the team’s work with corporate retirement plans and wealth management strategies. She partners closely with the advisors to help deliver a seamless client experience, bringing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to service.

Victoria graduated summa cum laude from West Chester University with a double major in Economics and Finance. As a first-generation college graduate, she is especially passionate about making financial education approachable and helping individuals feel confident about their long-term security. She is currently pursuing her Series 7 license to further expand her expertise and looks forward to growing her career in financial services.

Outside of the office, Victoria enjoys hiking, painting, swimming, and doing puzzles. A dedicated Philadelphia sports fan, she rarely misses the chance to cheer on the Phillies or Eagles, and she also loves spending time at concerts, exploring the local arts scenes, and watching Jeopardy!—where she counts one correct answer per game as a personal victory.
