About Me

Driven by a lifelong interest in investing and the capital markets, Paul started his career in financial services 35 years ago and has been there for his clients through bull and bear markets and through the milestones of their lives. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, he upholds a standard of excellence in financial planning and is well-versed in the full array of sophisticated financial products. Paul has also earned the Senior Portfolio Manager and International Client Advisor designations at Morgan Stanley, signifying his ability to manage proprietary portfolios and assist international clients with cross-border wealth management strategies.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Paul was one of the top advisors at Citigroup. Originally from Ohio, Paul earned his Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Tampa and has now been serving clients in the Bay Area for over 20 years. He lives in Marin with his wife and two sons. When he’s not helping clients, he finds joy in being in the outdoors, traveling, and sampling the food scene.

About Sanh Vuong

With a deep knowledge of the capital markets and a strong background in risk management, Sanh has been serving clients as a Financial Advisor since 2008. He believes in celebrating both small things and life-changing landmarks, and delights in helping clients achieve financial goals they did not think were possible.

Sanh started his financial services career in 1996 at the Pacific Exchange. He then worked at Charles Schwab, where he learned the importance of diversification and risk management through the dot-com boom and bust. Sanh was one of the top advisors at Citigroup prior to joining Morgan Stanley, where he holds Portfolio Manager and International Client Advisor designations.

Wendy Fortenberry is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in San Francisco, California and Hawaii.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Wendy began her career in financial services in 2001, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2015 as a Private Banker. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Wealth Management Banker at Merrill Lynch.

Wendy is a graduate of San Diego State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. She lives in the Bay Area. Outside of the office, Wendy enjoys attending professional baseball games & performing arts events as well as spending time with family and friends.

Brent began his career in financial services in 2003, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to his current position, he worked at First Hawaiian Bank as an Investment Services Analyst.

Brent graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and is a CFA charter holder . Brent lives in Honolulu, Hawaii with his wife, Helen. Outside of work, Brent volunteers as Social Chair for CFA Hawaii and Board Director for Financial Planning Association of Hawaii.
