About Celeste A Bailey

With over 30 years of progressive trust and financial services experience, Celeste focuses on working with individuals, families and businesses to develop comprehensive, long-term, financial plans that address their unique personal wealth objectives. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Celeste believes a holistic, financial planning process is the foundation of an enduring relationship. Through planning, education and customized investment solutions, we empower our clients to make informed financial decisions confidently.
Celeste earned her MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, and previously earned her BA in Economics and her BA in Spanish from the University of Illinois.
Celeste and her husband, Jim, live in Barrington, where they have raised their two sons, Carter and Griffin. In her time outside the office, she enjoys running and gardening, and is actively involved with youth sports.

Brian is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner with over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. He focuses on providing clients with a full range of investment services, which include manager research and evaluation, asset allocation advice, portfolio risk management strategies, and other specialized services. Brian has worked closely with successful business owners, corporate executives, endowments and foundations for nearly two decades. He creates and implements highly customized, goals-based wealth management plans and investment portfolios.
After graduating from Grand Valley State University, Brian joined The Northern Trust Company in Chicago where he served as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining the Cozza Tomlinson Group in 2021, he also served as a Senior Portfolio Advisor for Merrill Lynch. Brian also attended DePaul University of Chicago and was awarded their Certificate of Financial Planning.
Brian lives in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago with his wife Kristie and their four children, Nora, Evelyn, Thomas, and Peter. When not working with clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, biking, golfing, and grilling.

Debbie lives in Inverness with her husband, two college-aged daughters, and four rescue pets-two dogs and two cats. She enjoys road trips, spending time outdoors and making memories with her family.
