Lending

Tab Image
When planning for the future, discussions of debt are often neglected. The Baldassari Group believes that debt should be a part of financial planning conversations. We provide access to our private bankers that can provide tailored lending solutions for security backed lending, residential mortgages, and debt consolidation. Financial planning should not only address your investment needs. It should include conversations about debt, so a proper plan can be put in place to best address your short- and long-term lending needs.

Private Bankers are employees of Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association, Member FDIC.

Corporate Retirement Plans

Today’s marketplace presents many retirement plan options. The technical names, acronyms, and evolving regulatory landscape present obstacles when trying to identify the correct plan to meet your needs. For over 35 years, The Baldassari Group has worked with corporations to design, build, and implement corporate retirement solutions. As financial advisors, we work with plan sponsors to reduce the administrative workload by identifying the qualified plan most appropriate for the business, design the plan document, select the investments, help with plan administration and regulatory requirements, and encourage participant engagement. We recognize that no two companies are alike and take a customized approach to address the needs and concerns of the employer as well as the employees.

Alternative Investments

Alternative investments often are speculative and include a high degree of risk. Investors could lose all or a substantial amount of their investment. Alternative investments are appropriate only for eligible, long-term investors who are willing to forgo liquidity and put capital at risk for an indefinite period of time. They may be highly illiquid and can engage in leverage and other speculative practices that may increase the volatility and risk of loss. Alternative Investments typically have higher fees than traditional investments. Investors should carefully review and consider potential risks before investing.

About John Baldassari

John has represented the financial interests of families since the 1980s. He obtained his securities license in 1983. In 1987, he began his wealth management career at Shearson and later established a career at Morgan Stanley. John’s experience and further education awarded him the Executive Director title. In 1992 he ascertained his Certified Financial Planner designation. For over three decades, John has advanced the financial welfare of families through a multi-generational planning process deriving from the goals and needs of the client.

Listening to our clients’ needs is a priority of the Baldassari Group. In the beginning of John’s career, he identified that professionals of differing ages and career tenure possessed specific financial concerns regarding student debt, retirement planning, and business transitions. The most appropriate advice for a client starts with listening, understanding, and attending to their specific situation. John achieves this through individualized portfolio construction, financial planning, and lending solutions.

John supports and worked with youth hockey organizations as a coach, board member, and mentor to youth hockey players. He currently lives with his wife Jaqueline in Denver. They both enjoy spending time with their family as well as golfing, hiking, biking, and traveling.
