Welcome

We have a singular focus: to help you protect what you’ve worked hard to achieve, while preparing for whatever life brings next. After all, making intelligent financial decisions now can help you attain the lifestyle you seek later.

Our practice is built on a commitment to three principles: intelligent guidance, a diligent work ethic, and premium client care. Drawing on an extensive Wall Street background in bond analysis, trading, and fixed income equities, our team has a keen understanding of how financial markets work. And with a Portfolio Manager designation, we are among a select group of Morgan Stanley advisors who take a hands-on approach by doing our own research, analysis, and portfolio construction. Since we have seen many of the markets ups and downs in our time, we are well-suited to help you navigate turbulent times.

What does all this mean for you? It means that when it comes to investing, we are informed, measured, and patient. We focus on helping you manage risk and identify opportunity, because financial planning is about helping you get the most out of life –today, and in the years to come.

The individuals mentioned as the Portfolio Management Team are Financial Advisors with Morgan Stanley participating in the Morgan Stanley Portfolio Management program. The Portfolio Management program is an investment advisory program in which the client’s Financial Advisor invests the client’s assets on a discretionary basis in a range of securities. The Portfolio Management program is described in the applicable Morgan Stanley ADV Part 2, available at the link below or from your Financial Advisor.

A Plan Tailored To Your Needs

A generation ago, financial planning was relatively straightforward – people focused on wealth accumulation and then shifted most or all assets into conservative instruments to provide retirement income and principal stability. But today’s world is more complex, and turning a lifetime of savings into a lifetime of sustainable income for people who are living longer, healthier, and more active lives means attending to a wide range of issues simultaneously.

Together, we answer questions that may seem daunting:

- Do I have enough money to live for 20 years or more in retirement?
- How is it possible to generate enough income with low interest rates?
- What can I expect for inflation?
- Can my portfolio weather a market downturn?
- Are my assets protected if something unexpected happens?

We follow a disciplined process that allows us to work with you to craft a solution that helps meet your individual needs. This process aligns our efforts with your interests, providing a road map focused on what is most important to you.

What We Do:
There’s no magic formula to wealth management, but perhaps there’s a magic ingredient – customization. We draw on decades of experience and market insight to design highly personalized strategies and guide you every step of the way. Our first step is to get a deep understanding of who you are and what’s important to you – your family, your goals, and your risk tolerance. We then design a financial plan and investment strategy that is uniquely tailored to you. We monitor your progress, manage risks, and adjust your plan as needed along the way.

Whether you need help with retirement planning, saving for a child’s education, or fixed income derivatives, our depth of experience helps us design financial plans that navigate market complexities. We help simplify those complexities and teach you what to prepare for, how, and when.

We’re hands on, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all investment strategy. We actively manage risk and seek opportunities to help improve your investments every day.

We take an “old school” approach that puts you and your family first. We don’t believe in sending calls to voice mail. We work hard, because you’ve worked hard. And we want you to have the information you need to be comfortable with the financial decisions you make this week, next year, and beyond.
Who We Serve:
We serve a variety of clients – from professionals and corporate executives, to retirees and families. We’re deeply committed to building long-lasting client relationships, and serve the 2nd and 3rd generations of many of the families we work with. No matter what your background or life stage, we focus on bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Empowering Women- While guidance around wealth is largely the same for both genders, we understand that there are important differences for women to consider. As the primary decision-makers for nearly 40 percent of all investable assets in the U.S.1, it is concerning that studies show the vast majority of these assets are “under-invested.”2 We work with women to help them take charge of their wealth – so they can realize the strong financial future that they envision for themselves and their families.

Community- We recognize that for many clients, their community of family and friends can extend all over the country. That’s why no matter where you live or how often you travel, we are available, attentive, and ready to respond to your needs. Every step of the way.

2Municipal bonds may not be appropriate for all investors. Income generated from an investment in a municipal bond is generally exempt from federal income taxes. Some income may be subject to state and local taxes and to the federal alternative minimum tax. Capital gains, if any, are subject to tax.

3Physical precious metals are non-regulated products. Precious metals are speculative investments, which may experience short-term and long-term price volatility. The value of precious metals investments may fluctuate and may appreciate or decline, depending on market conditions. If sold in a declining market, the price you receive may be less than your original investment. Unlike bonds and stocks, precious metals do not make interest or dividend payments. Therefore, precious metals may not be appropriate for investors who require current income. Precious metals are commodities that should be safely stored, which may impose additional costs on the investor. The Securities Investor Protection Corporation (“SIPC”) provides certain protection for customers’ cash and securities in the event of a brokerage firm’s bankruptcy, other financial difficulties, or if customers’ assets are missing. SIPC protection does not apply to precious metals or other commodities.

5Structured Investments are complex and not appropriate for all investors. An investment in structured investments involves risks. These risks can include but are not limited to: fluctuations in the price, level or yield of underlying asset(s), interest rates, currency values and credit quality, substantial loss of principal, limits on participation in appreciation of underlying asset(s), limited liquidity, credit risk, and/or conflicts of interest. Many structured investments do not pay interest or guarantee a return above principal at maturity. Investors should read the security’s offering documentation prior to making an investment decision.

6The returns on a portfolio consisting primarily of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) aware investments may be lower or higher than a portfolio that is more diversified or where decisions are based solely on investment considerations. Because ESG criteria exclude some investments, investors may not be able to take advantage of the same opportunities or market trends as investors that do not use such criteria. Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss in a declining financial market.
