OUR STORY AND SERVICES
Founders, executives, families, and businesses rarely experience their financial lives in clearly defined stages. Growth, liquidity, risk, and personal decisions tend to converge under pressure, precisely when coordination matters most. Yet advice is still too often fragmented across firms, teams, and specialties.
Pierre and Michael Manneh each spent decades advising clients through these moments from different vantage points. Pierre worked closely with founders, executives, and individuals as they built companies, navigated inflection points, and prepared for liquidity and transition. In parallel with that work, Michael advised many of the same types of clients, including venture-backed companies, startups, and families, helping them navigate the broader financial implications as businesses scaled and personal balance sheets became more complex.
Clients felt the friction when investments, banking, lending, and personal decisions were handled separately. The strongest outcomes came from understanding the full picture early and staying involved as decisions evolved. Bringing their experience together created one team and one place for coordinated thinking and continuity across personal, business, and investment decisions.
Today, Pierre and Michael bring that shared perspective to clients who want a more direct relationship, clearer judgment, and advice that stays aligned as circumstances change. Their work focuses on coordinated decision making across personal, business, and investment priorities, supported by the depth, stability, and global platform of Morgan Stanley. The result is a single, trusted relationship built to support complexity with clarity and endure over time.

About Michael A. Manneh
Michael’s work centers on helping clients make clear, well timed decisions across wealth, banking, lending, and capital strategy. He partners closely with clients during periods of growth, transition, and inflection, providing perspective, coordination, and disciplined judgment when the stakes are high and outcomes matter.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Michael served as Managing Group Director and Executive Vice President at Flagstar Private Bank, where he operated in a build environment during a formative period for the firm’s private banking platform. His focus was on helping establish core private banking processes, supporting team development, and working closely with clients as the platform evolved to meet the needs of technology and entrepreneurial households.
Earlier in his career, Michael spent more than two decades at First Republic Bank as a Senior Managing Director. He played an integral role in the build out of the firm’s Silicon Valley presence, joining in its early growth phase and remaining through significant national expansion. During that time, he advised family offices, emerging fund managers, startups and founders, and high earning professionals early in their wealth creation journeys. He became a trusted resource for clients and colleagues navigating complex personal and business decisions and has long worked with clients on a bi coastal basis.
Michael’s experience spans wealth planning, credit and lending strategy, risk considerations, and major capital decisions. He is known for a steady, principled approach and for helping clients align financial strategy with long term objectives.
Michael is a Fulbright Scholar and holds a Master of Environmental Management in Economic Policy and Development from Duke University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in City Planning and Economic Development from the University of California, Berkeley.

About Pierre A. Manneh
Pierre believes wealth planning is most effective when it begins with a deep understanding of what matters most to the individual. Whether working with an early career professional building wealth for the first time or a founder or executive approaching a liquidity event, his approach is consistent: listen carefully, define priorities, and align financial decisions around long term objectives.
As wealth evolves, Pierre works closely with clients to structure portfolios, evaluate lending solutions, and manage risk, while coordinating estate, legacy, and philanthropic planning to support long term and multigenerational goals. He serves as a steady point of guidance as personal circumstances change, helping clients anticipate decisions rather than react to them. In parallel, Pierre advises clients across key stages of the entrepreneurial and executive journey, supporting equity compensation planning, liquidity events, concentrated positions, and major capital decisions through a tax aware and risk conscious lens. He integrates investment strategy, cash flow planning, and long term structuring to help business owners and executives navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
Pierre earned his MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®), reflecting advanced practitioner level training and applied judgment in portfolio construction, tax optimization, estate and transfer strategies, and the behavioral factors that influence investor decision making.
