About Mark Kaye

Mark Kaye is an Executive Director and founding partner of his team within Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Group. He is one of a small number of advisors within his firm who currently hold the Dedicated Equity Plan Specialist designation focusing on unique corporate services. Additionally, he has garnered the Portfolio Manager title, which represents his dedication to providing exemplary service to clients through capital markets coverage, proactive management, and consistent and direct communication.

As a founder and senior advisor of The Austin Silicon Hills Group at Morgan Stanley, Mark is responsible for shaping the team’s strategic vision. He has dedicated his career to providing tailored financial advice to successful families, corporations, and high net-worth individuals through a disciplined and goals-based process. Mark's extensive financial background enables him to help clients achieve their personal and mission-based goals, while building a diversified investment portfolio.

About Jordan Winterfeld

About Elizabeth E Cummins

Elizabeth Cummins has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. Since joining Morgan Stanley in 2011, her primary focus has been managing Executive Financial Services and Equity Compensation activities, including open-market transactions and Rule 10b5-1 trading plans. Today, Elizabeth serves as the team’s primary point of contact to assist Corporate Executives and Board Members with their equity, ensuring compliance with Insider Trading Policy, Section 16, and Rule 144, and as a liaison to our Morgan Stanley @ Work corporate client relationships.
Elizabeth was born and raised in Houston, TX. She earned a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, where she met her husband of 24 years, Ed. In addition to raising their three boys, Elizabeth enjoys reading, running, hiking, yoga, and skiing in Crested Butte, Colorado.

About M. Denaee Eastwood

Denaee Eastwood is a Senior Registered Client Service Associate of The Austin Silicon Hills Group. Denaee helps service all administrative requests from clients and the Financial Advisors on the team. Her responsibilities include helping open new accounts, working through tax complications, and creating performance reviews. She brings a wealth of industry experience and insight to create an excellent experience for each of our clients.

Before Denaee joined Morgan Stanley, she spent 25 years at UBS holding many different positions, including client service as well as operations and management. Denaee has her Series 7, 9, 10, and 63 licenses.

Denaee has many interests. When she is out of the office, she has a passion for outdoors activities like camping, snow skiing, and enjoying the mountains. She loves the Astros and Spurs, and her favorite musician is George Strait. She is a native Texan who was raised in Victoria. One day, Denaee hopes to live on a farm with a pasture full of Longhorn Cattle among other farm animals. She has taught Sunday School, done missionary work, and taught Vacation Bible School which she has enjoyed doing for years now. At home, you may find her spending time with her husband and son or cooking something tasty in the kitchen.
