About Me

Shyan Ardalan is a Private Wealth Advisor with The Ardalan Wealth Management Group. Shyan provides an array of services and customized strategies to affluent individuals whose hard work and achievements have led to substantial and often increasing wealth. Among them are successful business owners/entrepreneurs/corporative executives of both public and private companies, entertainment professionals and a select number of professional athletes. Having grown up amongst a number of commercial bankers, Shyan has a deep understanding of middle-market companies and the needs of their executive teams.

His approach is based on the belief that substantial wealth has distinctly different needs and therefore, deserves a unique level of care. As a result, Shyan believes in being a holistic advisor that addresses all of his clients financial needs through proper planning and likes to think of himself as an essential financial resource to his clients. He takes a balance sheet approach to planning to help ensure clients are optimizing both the asset and liability side of their balance sheet in relation to their life goals. He strongly believes that this approach will have a significant impact in helping his clients build and create wealth over time. Shyan prides himself on taking the time to educate his clients about the various opportunities, risks, and mechanics of his suggestions so that they understand the reasoning behind his advice. Some of his areas of focus include: tax managed investing, asset-liability management, comprehensive wealth planning, executive compensation, customized credit and lending, trust & estate planning services, and 401(k) plans for tax deferral.

Shyan started in the industry at Union Bank’s Private Banking Group, then continued to build his practice at Merrill Lynch before joining Morgan Stanley in 2026. He earned his B.S. in Business Management with a Minor in Business Communications from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Shyan has obtained a number of designations during his time in the industry including the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, CFP® certification, the Certified Investment Management Analyst®, CIMA® designation, the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™, CRPC® designation, as well as the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant, QPFC designation.

Shyan was born in Woodland Hills, California, and currently lives in the heart of Los Angeles. In his free time, he enjoys playing football, boxing, golfing, trying new restaurants within the Los Angeles area, and spending time with friends/family.

About Michelle Zyman

Michelle is a Private Wealth Analyst with The Ardalan Private Wealth Management Group. Before joining Morgan Stanley, she worked at Merrill as a Wealth Management Specialist, and at UBS Financial Services as a Client Service Associate prior to that. Michelle brings a unique combination of financial experience and technical skill, having started her career as a software engineer after graduating from Boston University with a major in Computer Science. This diverse background enables her to approach challenges with a fresh perspective, particularly focusing on leveraging Artificial Intelligence to navigate complex financial contexts.

Originally from Venezuela, Michelle’s multicultural background enhances her ability to build strong, meaningful connections with clients from a variety of backgrounds. For Michelle, making a positive impact in the lives of others is what drives her every day, and she is deeply committed to helping her clients achieve their financial goals. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with her family.

About Brandon Chuidian

Brandon Chuidian is a PWM Client Service Associate with extensive years within the financial industry. Brandon diligently fulfills many administrative and support duties for the team and its clientele. His responsibilities consist of overseeing day-to-day operations, facilitating client onboarding, and addressing service-related inquiries.

Brandon spent five years in various positions at Bank of America and later became a client associate at Merrill Lynch before joining Morgan Stanley in 2026. Starting as a relationship manager at Bank of America, he transitioned to a role as a relationship manager lending specialist before eventually becoming a Wealth Management Banking Specialist. These roles provided Brandon with valuable experience in relationship building, along with extensive knowledge in banking and lending services offered through Bank of America.

Brandon finds pleasure in outdoor activities such as hiking and cherishes spending meaningful moments with his family.

About Jac Catrambone

Jac is a PWM Client Service Associate who brings a comprehensive background in financial services, supported by several years of combined experience in wealth management and residential mortgage lending. Jac provides essential support by coordinating client onboarding, managing complex service requests, and helping to ensure the meticulous execution of day to day processes. Her background in finance has strengthened her knowledge in client communication and her ability to navigate detailed transactional workflows. Jac is committed to delivering a consistent, high quality client experience and is regarded for her diligence, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
