We are an experienced team of wealth advisors with diverse backgrounds and a unique perspective. Our partners have run a family business, launched a new enterprise, built a successful corporate career and played an influential role in the New York art scene. We haven’t forgotten what it’s like to make payroll every week. We also understand the joys and challenges of monetizing a successful venture and moving on to the next life adventure. We’ve been through that process with many of the highly accomplished entrepreneurs, executives, artists and professionals we serve.

About Christopher Apgar

Christopher L. Apgar comes to Morgan Stanley having been on Wall Street since 1999. As an Executive Director he focuses on the particular needs of high net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations and nonprofit organizations, including retirement planning, wealth transfer, estate planning strategies and writing investment policies. Enthusiastic about the visual arts, Christopher also dedicates a significant portion of his practice to the distinctive considerations of dealers, artists, galleries and others in the art community.

Currently, Chris is the honorary co-chair of the Contemporary Arts Council at MoMA, and vice chair of The Camargo Foundation in the South of France, he served as the treasurer of Artists Space, treasurer of Judd Foundation, co-chair of the Contemporary Arts Council of MoMA, ex-officio trustee of the Museum of Modern Art, and President of The Brooklyn Rail, a magazine of critical perspectives on arts, politics and culture.

Christopher graduated with honors from Rutgers university, and continued his education studying finance at the New York Finance Institute.

About Brian Saltzman

As a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, Brian provides clients with customized and sophisticated advice and solutions designed to help preserve and grow their wealth.

A graduate of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, Brian also holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. After receiving his master’s degree, Brian joined American Express, where he held a variety of sales strategy and sales leadership positions. He went on to launch and lead the marketing effort for FlexMind.com, and then served nearly seven years as a sales performance and relationship management consultant at Huthwaite, advising the sales leadership of Fortune 500 companies.

About Devon Litchfield

Devon came to Morgan Stanley in 2022 as a Financial Planning Specialist, where she has partnered with advisors across the Firm to develop comprehensive financial plans and forecasts for clients. Prior to that, Devon was with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management as a Client Associate, and later in the Advisor Development Rotational Program. Devon earned her BS in Finance from the University of Delaware and holds the Series 7 and 66 Licenses. Devon works as part of the client service team and is responsible for financial planning and modeling for clients.

About Tony Silva

Tony Silva is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in New York City.

Tony began his career in financial services in 1995 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2015 as a Pipeline Manager in our Home Loans organization. In 2017, he was promoted to Project Manager on that team. Tony assumed his current position in February, 2018. Prior to his tenure at the firm, Tony held a number of roles at mortgage financing institutions.

Tony received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Rutgers University. He and his family reside in Livingston, New Jersey.

When not at the office, Tony enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and spending time with family and friends.
