Our team is motivated to improve the position of our clients with an incentive to deliver value in a transparent manner. About Shane Brisbin
With 29 years in the industry and over two decades at Morgan Stanley, Shane brings extensive experience in working with individuals and families of significant affluence.
As a Private Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley, Shane specializes in pre- & post-liquidity planning, strategic portfolio management, risk management and philanthropy advisory. His clients include Entrepreneurs, Senior Corporate Executives, General Partners of Venture Capital and Private Equity funds. Over the years, the Team 581 has been recognized by Barron and Forbes as one of America’s Top Private Wealth Advisory Teams, including #21 in 2024 by Barron’s.
He currently serves on the board of McCombs Business School, University of Texas Venture Labs, and Alzeca Biosciences.
Shane earned his MBA from The University of Texas in Austin and his BS degree from The University of Southern California.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2002, Shane was with Lehman Brothers in San Francisco and Salomon Brothers in both Los Angeles and NYC.

He currently serves as Ambassador and Investment Committee member for the Navy SEAL Foundation, (formerly a Board Member).
Michael earned his BS in Public Administration/Urban Planning from The University of Southern California.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2001, Michael worked in the commercial real estate industry and served on active duty in the United States Navy.

About Spencer Larson
As a Private Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley, Spencer focuses on liquidity event planning, long term financial planning and portfolio management. Over the years, the Team 581 has been recognized by Barron and Forbes as one of America’s Top Private Wealth Advisory Teams, (including #21 in 2024 by Barron’s).
Spencer is a Certified Financial Planner and Certified Investment Management Analyst awarded by the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
He has been a long-term volunteer in the Acalanes Union High School District serving on the Citizens Oversight Board and Sports Fundraising Guidelines Committee. He is a past board member of Moraga Valley Presbyterian Church focusing on youth programs and volunteer mission trips. Currently Spencer is on the board of First Tee of Oakland and is also involved with Harbor House Ministries serving as a reading tutor at Franklin Elementary School also in Oakland.
Spencer attended the University of California at Berkeley and earned his BA in Economics.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 1994, he spent the first 12 years of his career at Merrill Lynch and Prudential Securities in wealth management.

About William Wolcott
As a Private Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley, William specializes in pre-liquidity planning, asset allocation, philanthropy and retirement planning by drawing on the extensive experience of his partners and the firm’s global platform. He is a long-term volunteer in the community and has previously served on the boards of both Archbishop Riordan High School and the SF Waldorf School, where he has chaired the investment/development/finance committees.
William attended Hobart College and earned his BA degree in Environmental Studies.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2016, William spent seven years at the Private Bank of JP Morgan. Beginning his career at Hambrecht & Quist in 1993, he served on the Equity Capital Markets desk throughout the 90’s, before transitioning to Equity Research Sales.

Audrianna is an active mentor within the non-profit community. She enjoys partnering with her clients on creating family mission statements and landscaping their family giving strategy, while identifying key areas of focus and involvement. She has a personal passion for financial governance and education; often partnering with non-profits focusing their support within at-risk communities, and enjoys teaching individuals/groups the fundamentals of money and investing.
Audrianna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from St. Mary's University in Twickenham, England. She also received a post-graduation certificate in International Business Practice from Naresuan University in Bangkok, Thailand.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2024, Audrianna worked BNY Mellon Wealth Management as a Senior Client Strategist, and at Bank of America Private Bank as a Vice President, Private Client Advisor. Earlier in her career she worked at Blick Rothenberg and London & Partners, helping founders expand into global territories.
About Kristin Sheridan
Kristin collaborates with clients to develop investment and tax optimization strategies and financial plans tailored to achieving both their short and long-term objectives. Over the years, the Team 581 has been recognized by Barron and Forbes as one of America’s Top Private Wealth Advisory Teams, (including #21 in 2024 by Barron’s).
Kristin holds both a Bachelor in Business Administration, and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, with a concentration in Finance.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, Kristin worked on the institutional side of the business in equity sales, focused on the technology sector at FBR Capital Markets.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Morgan Stanley as an investment analyst in the Private Wealth Management group, where she first learned her passion for the business.
