About Geri Alexander
Geri brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry with her to the Suntree Branch. After holding various management roles at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, she joined Morgan Stanley in 2014 as a support professional. In 2017, she transitioned into the Business Service Officer role, and in 2022 she began supporting The Heartland Market as the Business Development Manager.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from Oklahoma City University. She also completed an Associate’s degree in Fashion Design at the Art Institute of Dallas before returning to the University of Central Oklahoma, where she received her Master’s degree in English with an emphasis in writing.
Geri, her husband, and son are relocating from Oklahoma City to Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, treasure-hunting at flea markets, and cheering on her son at basketball games. She also loves to travel—most often to Walt Disney World or other Disney destinations.

About Michael Tsarnas
Michael Tsarnas is a Business Service Officer with 20+ years of management experience in the financial industry, including tenure at Morgan Stanley where he recruits, trains, and leads local service teams focused on delivering best-in-class support to advisors and clients. With experience across both risk and service functions, he helps teams navigate firm policies and procedures while preserving a strong culture of ethical business practices through training, oversight of branch procedures, and ongoing advisor support.
In recent years, Michael has become an integral part of his market’s recruiting efforts—supporting transitions, onboarding, and advisor training—while also building deeper relationships with advisor teams and regularly participating in team meetings to help showcase the full integrated firm to clients. His focus is to become embedded with the teams in his offices so he can help uncover new opportunities, both externally and within existing books of business, by reshaping support teams to be even more fluent in firm capabilities and by streamlining internal navigation so advisors and clients can move quickly and efficiently.

Karin is the Branch Administrator for our Stuart Market. She began her career with Morgan Stanley in October 2019 covering our Melbourne, Vero Beach, and Stuart offices. With over 20 years of dedicated service to the United States Air Force, Karin leverages her extensive experience and skills to provide the highest level of service to our clients and ensure a more effective and dynamic workplace.
Karin holds a Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in the community and doing anything outdoors. She resides in Palm City, Fl with her 7-year-old dog, Marley.

About Brad Burton
Brad Burton is a First Vice President and Senior Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Palm Beach Market. He is responsible for helping Financial Advisors’ clients and prospects with their financial planning needs. Brad began his career in financial services in 2010 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2020. Prior to his current role, he has held Senior Investment and Planning positions with J.P. Morgan, Northwestern Mutual and TIAA, working closely with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families.
Brad earned his MBA in Finance and is currently in the process of completing his Master of Taxation. He is a CFA® Charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM Professional.
