Bio
Stephanie advises venture-backed and growth-stage companies, their finance leaders, and founders across the company lifecycle — from managing corporate cash and reserves after a financing round, through pre-IPO planning and stock plan solutions, to liquidity events and beyond. She leads each relationship strategically, bringing in Morgan Stanley's specialists across fixed income, equity compensation, and the firm's broader institutional capabilities as each company's priorities evolve.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2025, she originated and led institutional investment proposals, including multi-asset portfolio design, customized liquidity solutions, and values-aligned investment frameworks that integrated governance standards into portfolio construction, in collaboration with global asset managers. Earlier in her career, she worked in banking with founders, executives, and companies on lending, liquidity management, and balance sheet structuring, including guiding clients through the 2023 regional banking crisis. Born and raised in Singapore, Stephanie brings a global perspective informed by formal training in the visual arts, a discipline that emphasizes structure, discernment, and long-term value. Outside of work, she follows independent film and fine art, and writes cultural essays on the pre-algorithmic internet.
