About Douglas Adams
Doug Adams is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and is the Market Manager for Leawood, Wichita and Springfield offices. Doug has spent his entire professional career at Morgan Stanley, starting as a Financial Advisor in 2001. He took his first leadership position in 2013 as the Sales Manager for the Kansas City Complex, was promoted to Associate Complex Manager in 2015, and has been in his current role since early 2020. He holds the Series 7, 66, 9 and 10 licenses, and also earned his Certified Financial Planner ™ designation in 2012.
Outside of work Doug enjoys playing tennis, staying active, and cheering on the Chiefs and Royals. He lives in Prairie Village with his 3 daughters and their dog Winston.

About Gloria A Lane
Gloria Lane is a Vice President at Morgan Stanley and serves as the Business Service Officer for the Leawood, KS and Springfield, MO branches. Gloria has been in the industry since 1987, when she began with a regional broker/dealer here in Kansas City working in Compliance. She also worked for a firm in Austin, TX that worked with independent contractors, and then came to Morgan Stanley in 2004 working in the Regional Service Center north of Chicago and back again in 2008 to service as the Business Service Officer here in the KC area.
In her current role she enjoys interactions with the support professionals that report to her. They work together to solve problems and provide first class service to our clients.
Gloria graduated from the University of Kansas, where she earned a BGS degree in Psychology.
Gloria lives with her husband in Overland Park, KS. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, genealogy and spending time with her 7 grandchildren.
In her current role she enjoys interactions with the support professionals that report to her. They work together to solve problems and provide first class service to our clients.

About Justin Moore
Justin Moore is a Vice President at Morgan Stanley and is the Complex Risk Officer for the Leawood KS, and Springfield MO branches. Justin has over 25 years of experience in the industry with over 10 years at Morgan Stanley. He’s served in various roles including Field Compliance Supervisor, Branch Examiner, and Centralized Supervision Principal. He holds the Series 7, 66, 24, 51, 3, 9 and 10 licenses.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys watching his children’s sporting events, and participating in running and triathlon events in the area. He lives in Leawood with his wife and two teenagers.

About Krisanne Bradley
Krisanne Bradley is the Market Administrator for the Heartland Complex and works in the Leawood and Springfield branches. The majority of Krisanne’s career has been in corporate event planning. She has been with Morgan Stanley for one year and feels like her current role is a great fit matching both her organizational and event planning skills and love for a team culture.
Krisanne graduated from the University of Missouri with a BS in Clinical Social Work.
