About Bart F. Zitnitsky

Bart F. Zitnitsky is a Managing Director and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Previous to joining Morgan Stanley in 2023, Bart was a Managing Director and Wealth Manager at First Republic Investment Management. Prior to joining First Republic in 2010, Mr. Zitnitsky was with Northern Trust NA where he was responsible for the oversight of the investment portfolio of Family Advisory Services group. Preceding his joining Northern Trust in February 1992, he was a portfolio manager with Bank of America, City National Bank and Trust Services of America, Inc. and began his investment career with Dean Witter Reynolds as a financial advisor.
As an active member of the nonprofit community, Mr. Zitnitsky is a member of the Board of Directors for the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals/Los Angeles, as well as Chair of the Finance Committee. He is also a member of the Executive Committee and Board of The People Concern (formerly Ocean Park Community Center/LAMP Community). The People Concern is one of the largest social services agency in Los Angeles working to address the effects of poverty, abuse, neglect and discrimination on the less fortunate segment of our population. His professional affiliations include the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts and the Association of Investment Management and Research.
Mr. Zitnitsky earned his Bachelor of Arts in Statistics from the State University of New York at Oneonta and his MBA from the Marshall Business School at the University of Southern California.

About Renee Provencher

Renee Provencher is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. As a Financial Advisor, she works with clients to determine goals and objectives and how Morgan Stanley can help provide a customized solution for their unique wealth needs.

Previous to joining Morgan Stanley, Renee was a Senior Vice President and Wealth Manager at First Republic Investment Management (2010-2023). Prior to joining First Republic, she worked at Merrill Lynch as a Registered Client
Associate (2009) and at an independent RIA as a Corporate Services Client Relationship Manager (2006-2008).

Ms. Provencher is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and
earned her Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation through the IMCA at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her MBA in Financial Planning from California Lutheran University and a BA in Sociology and Psychology from the University of San Diego.

Her work and dedication have led to recognition on a number of industry rankings, including #87 on the Forbes Best-In-State Women Advisors (2023) and #154 on the Forbes Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors (2019).

Ms. Provencher has been involved in her community in various ways throughout the years, including as an inaugural Volunteer Ambassador for First Republic, former member of the Junior League of Los Angeles, volunteer for The People Concern, and former advisor for The Soldiers Project. She has also held several roles as part of the First Republic Bank Toastmasters team in Century City.

About Cosmin Serban

Cosmin Serban is a Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in California.

Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Cosmin began his career in financial services in 2004, and joined Morgan Stanley in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Private Banker at Wells Fargo Bank. He also served as a Financial Services Representative at Opus Bank/Fullerton Community Bank.

Cosmin is a graduate of the University of Houston - Downtown, where he received a Masters Degree of Business Administration in International Business. He lives in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. Outside of the office, Cosmin enjoys playing soccer and traveling.

About Molly Sakahara

Molly Sakahara is an Assistant Vice President and Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management offices in the Los Angeles area. She is responsible for helping Financial Advisors with their clients' and prospects' financial planning needs.

Molly began her career in financial services in 1999 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2015. Prior to her current position, she held positions in wealth management and private banking with an emphasis on helping individuals achieve long term life goals and understanding client’s value system in relation to their wealth.

Molly graduated from UCLA and holds her Certified Financial Planner® designation, California insurance state licensing, and Series 7 and 65. She currently resides in South Pasadena, California with her spouse and two children. Outside of work, she is a squash coach at PlayLA, a committee volunteer with UCLA Chancellor’s Society, is the founder and administrator of Buy Nothing Group for her local city, and serves on the Board of Directors for SoCal Squash Association.

About Sean Lavin

Sean is a Regional Trust Specialist for Morgan Stanley based in Los Angeles. He is responsible for supporting Private Wealth Advisors and their clients’ legal counsel in developing trust and fiduciary solutions for families, institutions and charities. Sean works closely with clients and their legal and strategic advisors to help educate them on appropriate trust vehicles designed to meet the clients’ specific goals and objectives. Sean also provides advice on how to utilize the fiduciary services available through the Morgan Stanley’s comprehensive third party trustee platform that is available to clients.

Sean joined Morgan Stanley in 1999 including several years as a Senior Vice President and Regional Trust Specialist with Smith Barney and Citi Trust. Prior to then, Sean was a Senior Trust Officer with Merrill Lynch / Bank of America.

Sean graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and received his master’s degree in business administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Sean holds the Certified Financial Planner and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designations and is Series 7 and 66 licensed.

About Kaelin Garemani

Kaelin Garemani is a Planning Associate at Morgan Stanley providing dedicated financial planning support to Financial Advisors and their teams. Operating as an extension of the FA/Team, she collaborates with clients to discover and define goals that matter most to them. Leveraging state of the art technology, she will evaluate various options and their potential outcomes to help clients confidently choose the appropriate course of action. Kaelin provides expertise across a wide suite of Morgan Stanley planning tools designed to assist in the areas of investment accumulation, retirement, education, major purchase, cash flow, risk management, tax efficiency, and wealth transfer planning.

She earned her undergraduate degree from The Univeristy of California, Berkeley and received the Financial Planning Specialist® designation from the College for Financial Planning. Kaelin is originally from Los Angeles, CA and currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.
