Located in San Rafael, Marin County Ca, my practice has worked with an exceptional clientele of highly accomplished individuals, executives, and companies. Over the years, our steep experience and competency has helped preserve and grow assets, secure legacies, and address many complex challenges of managing wealth. We directly assist individuals, families, Investors, corporate executives, CPAs and Attorneys and Corporations in managing their and related client’s financial matters. You, your family, your business is unlike any other we have served. You may, however, share many of the same questions, challenges, and opportunities. ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS

1 – Introductions
I begin with an informal conversation to understand your financial concerns and determine how I can add value to your situation. This is your opportunity to interview us as I get to know you. If I agree to move forward, I’ll schedule our next meeting and request important financial information.
2 – Discovery
I continue the dialogue by fostering an in-depth conversation where I listen carefully to what is important to you. I learn about the values that shape your decisions and identify any unique circumstances. I also review the documents you’ve prepared and begin to define your priorities.
3 – Analysis & Strategy Development
Here, I review your financial situation, determine the likelihood of reaching your goals and address the impact of unexpected life events. I may also reach out to your CPA and estate attorney to help ensure the strategies they recommend are fully coordinated. With attention to detail and utilizing Morgan Stanley’s proprietary LifeView® financial planning tools, I develop a comprehensive plan tailored for your goals.
4 – Plan Presentation
I present my recommendations along with key action steps to implement your plan.
5 - Implementation
As I execute your plan, I set up tools to provide convenient access to your accounts. I’ll provide ongoing updates and follow up on key items to ensure your plan is implemented as expected.
6 – Ongoing Service
I apply a strict due diligence process to evaluate investment performance and set up regular calls to discuss performance towards your goals. In these discussions, I determine if any adjustments are needed, since personal goals and market conditions can change over time.


A LifeView Financial Goal Analysis or LifeView Financial Plan (“Financial Plan”) is based on the methodology, estimates, and assumptions, as described in your report, as well as personal data provided by you. It should be considered a working document that can assist you with your objectives. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC (“Morgan Stanley”) makes no guarantees as to future results or that an individual’s investment objectives will be achieved. The responsibility for implementing, monitoring and adjusting your financial goal analysis or financial plan rests with you. After your Financial Advisor delivers your report to you, if you so desire, your Financial Advisor can help you implement any part that you choose; however, you are not obligated to work with your Financial Advisor or Morgan Stanley.

When your Financial Advisor prepares and delivers a Financial Goal Analysis (i.e., when using LifeView Goal Analysis), they will be acting in a brokerage capacity. When your Financial Advisor prepares a Financial Plan (i.e., when using LifeView Advisor), they will be acting in an investment advisory capacity with respect to the delivery of your Financial Plan. This Investment Advisory relationship will begin with the delivery of the Financial Plan and ends thirty days later, during which time your Financial Advisor can review the Financial Plan with you.
