About Jennifer Schneidermann
Jen is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley who works closely with successful individuals and multigenerational families. Jen began her career in 2002, joining her father to create a wealth management team at Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley) and joined The McKenna Wealth Management Group in 2020. She has been consistently recognized on Barron’s Top 250 Wealth Management Teams (2024, 2025) and by Forbes and Working Mother Magazine as a Best-In-State Top Women Wealth Advisor and Top Wealth Advisor Mom. Jen holds a degree in Economics from UCLA, where she graduated magna cum laude, minored in Spanish, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation from the Wharton School and Investments & Wealth Institute in 2009.
With experience in all areas of wealth management, Jen helps her clients navigate financial challenges and makes complex topics easy to understand. She blends innovative thinking, modern technology, and practical guidance to help families with life’s major milestones—buying a home, saving for education, planning for a liquidity event, preparing for retirement, protecting assets, crafting an estate plan, and philanthropic giving. Jen understands the importance of balance between work and family life, bringing empathy and firsthand perspective to simplifying clients’ financial lives so they can focus on what matters most.
Jen lives in Alamo with her husband, Ron, their three kids, and two dogs, spending many afternoons shuttling kids to sports practices and games. Giving back has always been central to her family’s values. Jen volunteers more than 40 hours each year with organizations including White Pony Express, Operation Gratitude, American Cancer Society, and Night to Shine. She serves on the Board of Directors for Camp Ramah in California, and previously JFK University’s Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership. Outside of work, she is an enthusiastic traveler, music lover, and loyal UCLA Bruins fan.
