I started in this industry in 1986 as a Cashier; I remember typing a $13 Million Dollar check on a manual typewriter with erasable ink. (It's wonderful now that we have check printers), and booking in 3 brown paper bags filled with Bearer Bonds totaling over $3 million Dollars. The market was barely at 1600 points. I married my childhood sweetheart, 1990 and worked with the same FA for 22 years (6 branches and four firms later we parted ways). In 92 I began handling all operational procedures, leaving only marketing and sales for him. Since 1986 I have also trained many CSA's; some on my old team, and others in the branch. To me, the most important part of business is getting to know your clients; not just financially, but personally. The personal experience is as important as their account performance; always treat each client as if they were the most important client in your book. As if they are the family members you like! I began costuming school plays in 07. Since then I have costumed 15 plays, sometimes by myself, others with a co-director. I cannot do everything myself; I need a co-director, and someone to sew, someone to shop. I was the Woodland Hills CSA Coach for two ½ years. I have coached new employees and I try to help others make their days easier with tips and suggestions. I look at work like being the costume director; it is my job to make the director look successful. Making our clients happy is the same as working with actors; you have to fit each one individually for an enjoyable experience.

5The returns on a portfolio consisting primarily of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) aware investments may be lower or higher than a portfolio that is more diversified or where decisions are based solely on investment considerations. Because ESG criteria exclude some investments, investors may not be able to take advantage of the same opportunities or market trends as investors that do not use such criteria. Diversification does not guarantee a profit or protect against loss in a declining financial market.
