About Richard M Schwartz
Richard Schwartz, Senior Vice President, Senior Portfolio Management Director, Financial Advisor started his career as a Municipal Bond Specialist at J.B. Hanauer Securities in 1981. In 1983 he joined Prudential-Bache Securities as a financial advisor and was promoted to Vice President. In 1990 he joined Merrill Lynch Securities as a financial advisor and remained with Merrill Lynch until 2007 when Richard and his team joined Smith Barney and he became the Resident Branch Manager for the Warren New Jersey office. Shortly thereafter, Smith Barney was purchased by Morgan Stanley. He has also acted as a Board member and Treasurer for C.A.S.A. (court appointed special advocates) a non-profit organization that protects the rights of foster children based in Newark, N.J. Richard resides in Warren and raised his three adult children , with his wife Wendy, who is a licensed clinical social worker

About Alan Jacobson
Alan Jacobson, CFP®, CIMA®, CPWA®, Senior Vice President, financial advisor developed his interest in financial services at the age of 17 after securing a part time job working for Prudential-Bache Securities. At the age of 19, Alan sat for and passed the Series 7 examination and continued to work part time at Merrill Lynch while attending college. After spending a brief time after graduation working at Chemical Bank, Alan joined Merrill Lynch where he spent the next 13 years of his career working as a financial advisor. During that time he earned the Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) designation and attended the prestigious Wharton School of Business to earn his Certified Investment Management analyst credentials (CIMA®). Alan also holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation earned from Yale School of Management in 2018. Alan and his team joined Smith Barney in 2007 which eventually became Morgan Stanley. Alan focuses on comprehensive wealth management and financial planning for the team’s clients. Alan resides in Warren, NJ with his wife Tamara and three children, Laura, Lexi, and Ella.

Nicholas began his career in financial services in 2011. Prior to transitioning to his current role, he served as a Cash Management Specialist within Morgan Stanley's Private Banking Group. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he served as a Wealth Management Banking Specialist at Merrill Lynch.
On the team, Nicholas's main focuses will be Financial Planning and Private Banking.
