About Risha Schildkraut

Risha uses her financial planning background to help clients reach the important milestones in their lives. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) which helps her provide comprehensive recommendations around education funding, employer stock benefits, retirement planning, and estate planning strategies. Risha believes that a multi-generational approach to financial planning allows her clients to be better stewards of their wealth and resources, helping create a lasting legacy.

Risha began her career at RBC Wealth Management serving clients in both a Private Wealth Management and Institutional 401(k) capacity. She moved to Morgan Stanley in 2014, drawn by the firm’s dedication to industry leading client capabilities.

Born and raised in Seattle, Risha returned home after graduating from the University of Oregon with a B.A. in business administration and an emphasis in finance. She resides in West Seattle with her wife and daughter. Risha serves as an advisory board member for the Academy of Finance in the Seattle Public Schools which teaches financial literacy to high school students in the Seattle Area. She also serves on the Finance Committee for the GSBA, an organization that supports the LGBTQ+ community in the Seattle area.

About Natalie Tambur Thompson

Natalie feels that getting to know her clients is a privilege. She has spent more than 20 years helping clients make solid financial decisions and treating their aspirations with the same care that she devotes to her own. As a Portfolio Manager and Certified Private Wealth Advisor®, Natalie implements multigenerational planning strategies that incorporate a client’s lifestyle with their belief systems. She is firmly committed to delivering an exceptional client experience with knowledgeable advice and thoughtful attention.

Natalie joined the El Paso branch of Morgan Stanley in 1998. She spent nine years of her career in Texas before relocating to the Pacific Northwest. Natalie graduated with a B.S. from the University of Texas at Dallas and began her career at Norwest Bank.

Natalie is married with two children. When she’s not hiking on a trail with her family, or reading another fiction book, she just might be found relaxing by putting her knitting needles to work on a new project.
