About Me

For over three decades Chris has worked closely with ultra-high net worth individuals, families, family offices and non-profit institutional clients. As leader of the Sanctuary Pointe Group, Chris works closely with the team and clients to help them make rational decisions in irrational times and navigate the complexities of managing substantial wealth. Chris has extensive experience advising clients on financial planning, cash flow management, asset allocation, wealth preservation, philanthropic strategies, risk mitigation, and tax planning.

Chris is a graduate of University of Maryland with a B.S. in accounting where he started his career with Price Waterhouse Coopers auditing and monitoring large pools of non-profit client assets.

Chris and his wife Letitia live in Jacksonville Beach, FL and have 5 children. Chris enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, collecting cars, golf, and skiing.

About Me

Ken began his career in finance in New York City before relocating back to his home state of Florida. His expertise includes providing clients help identifying and implementing wealth transfer strategies that minimize tax implications and protect how they pass on financial assets. In addition, he provides strategic direction around investment needs, risk management, executive compensation, charitable giving and long-term financial planning.

Ken graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South (B.A.) and Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (J.D.)

About David Ly

David joined the Sanctuary Pointe Group in 2013. David's primary function is relationship management, he manages the day to day needs of our clients, and places trade executions. He assists the wealth management process by gathering, analyzing and communicating investment data to support in the investment allocation process. David analyzes and interprets portfolios, builds financial planning models, and runs performance reports. Furthermore, he assists in management of the team’s business operations, event planning, and technology. He places emphasis on continued education and meeting money managers to discover investment platforms, products and services as to how they can be utilized to meet our clients’ investment goals and needs.

David began his career with Merrill Lynch in 2006. He held several roles including retirement plans and distribution management, financial solutions advisor, and 401K education and conversions.

David is a family man, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Rhonda, and their daughter, Lillian. He's a season ticket holder of the Jacksonville Jaguars and avid sports fan. He enjoys traveling with friends and family, playing golf in his free time, and camping.

He also earned his MBA at UNF and has a CFP® designation. He is Series 7 and 66 licensed.

About Scott Mayer

Scott joined UBS in 2018 before moving with the team to Morgan Stanley in 2025. He strives to uncover their clients’ needs and desires and provide solutions that will lead them to financial success. He serves as a Consulting Group Analyst and relationship manager for their clients. Scott assists in portfolio construction and helping to ensure that portfolios stay within their stated objectives. He focuses on client’s goals and objectives while assisting clients in their day-to-day needs.

He began his career at the Merrill Edge Advisory Center in 2013 as a Financial Solutions Advisor. He acted as a financial advisor to clients and assisted them in achieving their long-term investment goals. In 2017 he moved into a new role where he was responsible for managing 200 million in client assets. He assisted clients throughout the United Stated while based in Jacksonville, FL.

Scott graduated from Florida State University. He majored in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Economics. While employed at Merrill Edge he earned the CFA® designation and is currently active in the Jacksonville CFA® society. Scott is a fan of all Florida State Seminoles athletic teams. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and skiing. Scott currently resides in Neptune Beach, FL with his wife.

Viktoriya is the Chief of Staff with the Sanctuary Pointe Group. Serving the financial needs of high-net-worth clients since 2005, she is responsible for executing all day-to-day operations and portfolio administration with precision and care. What sets Viktoriya apart from others in her field is her fierce loyalty to clients. Focused on ensuring seamless trade and task execution within compliance, she provides bespoke customer service. Viktoriya implements customized financial solutions and wealth management strategies in a high paced and dynamic environment, cutting through the red tape to ensure clients receive the best experience possible.

As a Veteran’s spouse and mother of two, Viktoriya understands the importance of family and the key role that financial well-being can play when bringing into fruition the foundations of future security. With clients representing diverse households, she listens to your needs to ensure holistic coordination of effort towards meeting goals. In her free time, Viktoriya enjoys spending time at the beach, watching kids swim competitively, playing pickleball with her family, and exploring the beauty of Florida nature, particularly the crystal clear springs.

Viktoriya holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses and possesses the knowledge to help navigate complex financial landscapes. With international roots, she studied at Bohdan Khmelnystsky National University in Ukraine, and Thomas Nelson College in VA, earning her degrees in English, Literature, and Business Administration. She is also fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
