We create and implement comprehensive, personalized strategies that can help address all aspects of financial planning - rooted in their clearly defined goals and values.
1. Discovery Process
We will invest the time to get to know you and your family and understand your full financial picture including your goals, values, dreams, and special concerns or challenges.
2. Formulation of Strategy
In conjunction with any items identified during the discovery process and your risk tolerance, we will analyze your current investment portfolio, assets, and liabilities to create a clear roadmap and strategy for the future.
3. Creation of Customized Strategic Asset Allocation
Based on an agreed upon strategy, we will develop your customized strategic asset allocation that reflects the risk and return characteristics necessary to help achieve your stated goals.
4. Implementation of a Wealth Strategy
Upon completion of a comprehensive due diligence effort, we will implement your investment plan. Individual investments will be selected from Morgan Stanley's global investment platform.
5. Integration of Ongoing Tactical Decisions
Building on your long term, strategic investment plan, we will continuously monitor for short term market distortions and potential opportunities upon which to help capitalize in an effort to add incremental value.

William Sabia brings over three decades of experience in wealth management to his clients. A graduate of Rutgers University, Bill began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1994 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2024. A lifelong resident of Haddonfield, NJ, he values family deeply — he and his wife Michelle have three grown children, Mary, Will, and Pete, who now works alongside him at Morgan Stanley. Outside of the office, Bill enjoys spending time with his large extended family and relaxing at the beach in Avalon, NJ.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and spent 28 years at Merrill Lynch before joining Morgan Stanley in 2024. A longtime Haddonfield, NJ resident, Mike enjoys following high school, college, and professional sports and spends his downtime on his jet ski exploring local bays and rivers. He is the proud father of two adult sons, Griffin and Caden.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and brings over a decade of financial services experience from Bank of America and Merrill Lynch to her current role at Morgan Stanley. Maria lives in Berlin Borough, NJ with her husband and their daughter, who is soon starting high school. Weekends often find her hiking, visiting museums, or enjoying the beach.

Peter Sabia is an associate with the Sabia, Balkey & LaHart team at Morgan Stanley. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Business, Management, and Marketing and holds the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses. Outside of the office, Lorry volunteers as a Coach for the Fast Break Basketball Buddy Ball program, focused on providing an opportunity for disabled children and young adults to enjoy the game of basketball. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
