Ryan’s career began in 1994 at M.L. Stern, based out of Beverly Hills, California, where he focused on managing municipal, government, and corporate bond portfolios. Additionally, over the last 30 years, Ryan has been focusing on managing equity and options portfolios, as well as alternative investments.

Ryan has guided clients through countless challenging market and economic conditions. The most consistent factor throughout this guidance has been constant lines of open communication, prioritizing personalized financial strategies with each of his clients. Ryan prioritizes focusing on what is important to each person and family, ensuring a plan is always in place to help meet their goals in an efficient and meaningful manner. It is all about communication and listening to your clients.

Ryan held a position as a board member for Monarch School Project San Diego, and USO. As a board member for over 24 years Meals on Wheels Greater San Diego, he spends his spare time volunteering for this local organization. He has always felt passionately about giving back to communities that have gave so much to us. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from San Diego State University. He has also earned his CEPA certification, which is special designation of helping businesses managing liquidity events, recognizing hard work to retirement. Ryan lives in Solana Beach, CA with his daughters Alexa and Kayla. He is also a very active surfer, having traveled internationally to further explore this sport.

After working in management for a decade, Kat returned to her passion of building meaningful client relationships when she transitioned to the advisory side of the business and joined Ryan Belmer's team.

    Outside of the office, Kat resides with her husband, Lee, and her stepdaughter Nicole. Kat deeply treasures her family and maintains very close relationships with her sister and two nieces. In addition, Kat is actively involved with the Monarch School of San Diego, a place of hope and belonging for thousands of unhoused students since 1987. The school offers a unique and innovative K-12 system that is a trauma-informed and strength-based community where students can persevere through the trauma of homelessness that has affected them and their success in education. Having worked with the organization since 2011, Kat received the school's first Volunteer of the Year award in 2022.
