Roger Busch is a Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley, and has extensive experience in capital markets and wealth management. With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and 10 years prior experience as a Central Florida real estate professional, he delivers deep capital markets, economic, and business insight to the clients he serves.

Roger joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 1995 and has been helping clients grow and preserve their hard-earned wealth ever since. Previously, Roger was a successful real estate salesperson with Central Florida Residential Sales and then director of sales and marketing for Central Florida Residential Properties. He also has seven years of management and entertainment experience in the Florida tourism industry.

Roger earned his B.A. in Business Management from the University Of South Florida School Of Business in 1984 and attained the Financial Planning Specialist designation in 2002.

Roger and his wife, Rhonda, a cancer care dosimetrist at Advent Health, have been happily married since 1991. They have two sons, Matthew who lives in Orlando and works for Lockheed Martin, and Nicholas who also resides in Orlando, and works for Morgan Stanley, as well. Roger and his family attend St. Matthews Catholic Church.

About Jim Kaiser

Jim Kaiser is a Planning Associate at Morgan Stanley providing dedicated financial planning support to Financial Advisors and their teams. Operating as an extension of the FA/Team, he collaborates with clients to discover and define goals that matter most to them. Leveraging state of the art technology, he will evaluate various options and their potential outcomes to help clients confidently choose the appropriate course of action. Jim provides expertise across a wide suite of Morgan Stanley planning tools designed to assist in the areas of investment accumulation, retirement, education, major purchase, cash flow, risk management, tax efficiency, and wealth transfer planning.

He earned his undergraduate degree from The King’s College and received the Financial Planning Specialist® designation from the College for Financial Planning. Jim is originally from St. Louis, MO and currently resides in New York City.
