About Me

Rod brings nearly 30 years of industry experience to the RJW Group. After getting his start in Merrill Lynch's training program 28 years ago, he quickly grew into his role as a sole practitioner, and later into a management role.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2023, Rod acted as a producing branch manager at Merrill Lynch for 22 years, during which time he earned his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation, as well as his Personal Investment Advisor designation.

Rod graduated from the University of San Francisco, where he played basketball on a team that ranked #1 in the country for 9 weeks.

Rod has been married to his wife for 39 years and has 3 children.

Jack brings over a decade of industry experience to the RJW Group. After getting his start at Merrill Lynch on the Corporate Benefit and Advisory team, he became a financial advisor in 2014.

About Madison George

Madison George is a Planning Associate at Morgan Stanley providing dedicated financial planning support to Financial Advisors and their teams. Operating as an extension of the FA/Team, she collaborates with clients to discover and define goals that matter most to them. Leveraging state of the art technology, she will evaluate various options and their potential outcomes to help clients confidently choose the appropriate course of action. Madison provides expertise across a wide suite of Morgan Stanley planning tools designed to assist in the areas of investment accumulation, retirement, education, major purchase, cash flow, risk management, tax efficiency, and wealth transfer planning.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Fairfield University and received the Financial Planning Specialist® designation from the College for Financial Planning. Madison is originally from and currently resides in Garden City, New York.
