My Story and Services

Regina Metzger is a Certified Financial Planner™(CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. She joined Morgan Stanley in 1999 and is dedicated to helping people navigate the financial markets to meet their long-term goals. Her first experience with Morgan Stanley was as a client. This allows her the ability to keep clients’ perspectives and concerns in mind while supporting them.

Regina’s primary focus is helping clients maintain the lifestyle they are accustomed as well as one they desire to achieve. By using a tailored holistic approach and accessing Morgan Stanley's state-of-the-art resources, she designs and manages client portfolios based on specific factors including their primary objective, time horizon, liquidity needs and risk tolerance. Meeting her client needs while managing their expectations is her ultimate goal. She works with clients to create their personalized financial plan, reviews the plan often, and adjusts the plan to incorporate life changes.

Regina holds her Series 7 and Series 66 financial securities licenses and various state insurance licenses. She attended the University of East Stroudsburg and the University of Phoenix for her bachelor’s degree. She lives in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania with her husband. Travel is her passion in which she explores and appreciates diverse cultures. She is an active gardener and volunteers her time to raise funds to help with community beautification as a board member of a local garden club.

About Tony Gist

Tony Gist is an Associate Private Banker serving Morgan Stanley Wealth Management offices in Pennsylvania.

Associate Private Bankers partner with Private Bankers and Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.

Tony began his career in financial services in 2011 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, he held various roles within the Retail Bank industry including Licensed Banker and Branch Manager.

Tony is a graduate of Fairmont State College where he received a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Criminal Justice. He and his family currently reside in York, PA. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing golf, skiing, fishing, watching college football and attending concerts.
