Solutions At Every Stage

Our investment strategies utilize Morgan Stanley's many resources and are customized to help give each client what they want, and need, at every stage of their financial life through retirement, taking into consideration taxes, estate planning and philanthropic goals.

    Icon Image
    Custom Portfolio Management

Our team includes two Senior Portfolio Management Directors, who are both Certified Financial Planners, and one of whom is a Chartered Financial Analyst. We utilize that experience to help build portfolios designed to maximize returns taking into consideration your investment time horizon, risk tolerance and long-term goals. Understanding that investing is more a marathon than a sprint, we actively monitor and adjust our portfolios to change not just according to the markets, but your life and evolving needs.

    Private Equity

Private Equity Serves as an excellent diversifier and potential return enhancer in one's portfolio. Since analysts predict that companies will stay private longer, and public market return expectations decline compared with the past decade, we believe Private Equity can provide clients with excellent risk/reward metrics when compared to public markets. We have the ability to invest clients in both true Private Equity, where our clients become Limited Partners, as well as in more accessible "Evergreen" structures with lower minimums, 1099 tax reporting and more frequent liquidity.¹

    Icon Image
    Private Real Estate

Private Real Estate's goal is to diversify your portfolio with uncorrelated, inflation-resistant real asset which can provide tax advantaged income as well as potential for appreciation. The funds we use are well diversified by both property type and location, focused on high quality assets with high occupancy rates.²

    Icon Image
    Private Credit

Private Credit strategies enable our clients to invest in funds that originate loans to middle market companies or purchase loans in the secondary markets. Benefits can include portfolio diversification, higher returns and lower volatility versus traditional bonds, uncorrelated returns and stable current income.³

    Icon Image
    Special Situation Funds

We often invest in funds designed to meet special needs, including exchange funds which can help diversify concentrated stock positions while deferring taxes; 1031 exchange funds which enable investors to defer gains on real estate by purchasing special REITS, and opportunity zone funds, which enable investors to defer and reduce taxes capital gains.

Focus on Tax Efficiency and Long Term Planning

Our choice of investment strategies always considers the impact of taxes on our returns. We regularly use tax-loss harvesting and always work with your CPA to minimize taxes, We can create interactive financial plans which provide a long term context to make sense of your mix of investment strategies. plans are continually monitored and updates to ensure you have the income and resources to match the lifestyle you envision, while accounting for the unexpected.
