About Paul J Scranton

For over 25 years, Paul has helped steer his clients’ finances toward retirement futures designed to help protect their hard-earned money and support their dreams.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, Paul started his career in financial services at General Reinsurance in Dallas, Texas. He achieved the title of Assistant Vice President and then turned his skills towards helping people with their investments.

He began with American Express Financial Advisors in Minneapolis, and in 2000 returned to his hometown area of the Quad Cities to work for Smith Barney. Paul earned his CFP® designation in January of 2007 and was a co-founder of the Quad Cities Wealth Management Group. In addition, in 2024 Paul was named one of Forbes Magazine's Best-In-State Wealth Advisors for the sixth year in a row.

As one of the founding members of Quad Cities Wealth Management Group, Paul sets strategic goals for the team. One of his key roles is to oversee management of all client relationships and to provide unparalleled client service. In addition, he diligently researches investment solutions that help enable the team’s clients to balance risk and reward in alignment with what is most comfortable and suitable to their individual needs.

Outside of work, Paul donates many hours to the John Deere Classic PGA Tournament, an annual event that generates over $50M in economic impact to the Quad Cities area. Paul was the Chairman of this event in 2016. He is also a member of the Bettendorf Rotary and the Association of Professional Investment Consultants, and has volunteered for the American Red Cross, Iowa SIDS Foundation, Camp Shalom, and Skip-A-Long Daycare Centers. Originally from Moline, Illinois, Paul is married to a native Iowan. They have three children, whose activities he is enthusiastically involved in as a coach and supportive fan.

About Kelly Bramer

Kelly’s career in financial services began over three decades ago in 1986, at the predecessor firm to Morgan Stanley, Shearson Lehman Brothers, in Davenport, IA.

Kelly has shaped his entire career on a “Client First” priority. As the financial quarterback for his clients, Kelly has led them in all areas of building wealth: Portfolio Management, Retirement Planning, as well as Tax and Estate Planning strategies. Working closely with their tax and legal advisors, his clients take comfort knowing their years of hard work and saving will create a lasting legacy.

Outside of Morgan Stanley, Kelly has volunteered countless hours at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Bettendorf since 1998, serving in various leadership roles with the Endowment, Financial Council and as Trustee. Kelly is currently involved in strategic planning for the parish as it prepares for the future, expanding its reach to meet the growing needs of our community and to build the catholic education experience for all youth in the Bettendorf area.

Kelly has been married for over 35 years to Ann Marie, whose constant support has been so vital in Kelly’s career. They have lived in Bettendorf since the early 1980’s, and have raised three wonderful children who now live in Minneapolis, Denver and New York City. They split their time between the Quad Cities and Naples, FL, where they both enjoy golf, water sports and meeting up with friends… but they mostly look forward to traveling to spend time with their children!

About Andi Mills Hadjiyski

Andi joins us from Baird, where she has been since 2012, serving as the team’s financial planner, as well as commanding the team’s next generation and women’s programs. She covers the vast scope of financial planning by being a licensed insurance specialist, an estate specialist and a college planning specialist.

As a financial advisor, Andi aspires to treat each client’s financial situation with the same responsibility and devotion of her own. She aims to make her clients’ financial lives less stressful by providing quality service, guidance and partnership. Andi joined the industry due to her care for people and her desire to build long-term family relationships based on trust and transparency.

Andi attended DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in economics. While in college, she spent two years working as a private wealth management intern before joining a team in Chicago. She is Series 7 and Series 66 licensed and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ in 2017.

Andi was born in Moline, Illinois and had been a resident of Chicago since September 2015 before moving back home to the Quad Cities during Covid in 2021. Andi is inspired and devotes personal time to a local non-profit, Empowering Abilities, which is a premier service provider who passionately advocates on behalf of individuals with disabilities by creating opportunities for them to succeed, to achieve, to grow and to be happy.

Personally, Andi enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Stamo, their newborn daughter, Gabriela and their puppy, Ned. Recreationally, she also enjoys time playing sports and exercising.

About Joché Gauley

Joché is a Wealth Management Associate with Quad Cities Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. She has been with the firm for over 25 years and joined the Group in 2004. Joché's primary focus is on providing first-class client service and strategic operational and administrative support to the Quad Cities Wealth Management clients. She is the first point of contact for many client questions. On a daily basis she opens and monitors new and managed accounts, handles administrative and operational matters, and executes buy and sell orders.

Joché enjoys her daily interactions with clients and extends to them the same courtesies and level of personal care as if they were family. She makes special efforts to remember client birthdays, anniversaries and important milestones as well as to troubleshoot and help to solve any kind of client issue that may arise.

Joché is married and is the mother of two active boys. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking or reading.

About Jessica Oelmann

Jessica has been in the business for just under 10 years, all with Morgan Stanley. She has worked alongside multiple Financial Advisors in the Davenport, IA office. She started at Morgan Stanley shortly after graduating from Western Illinois University. Her responsibilities encompass all aspects of client relationship and team administration. She can help with any account questions you might have from ordering checks, processing deposits, withdrawals, online access, and everything in between. Jessica enjoys connecting with clients and extends to them the same kind of courtesies and level of personal care as if they were family.

Jessica grew up just south of the Quad Cities in a small town. She and her husband, Brandon, live in Orion with their son, Grayson. Jessica enjoys spending her free time crafting (with special interest in crocheting) and volunteering, but most importantly, she enjoys being with her family. You can find their family outside as much as possible, especially summer days on the lake at the family lake house or during the winter months in Northern Wisconsin with extended family.

About Nicole Hohl

Nicole joins the Quad Cities Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley with 8 years of experience in the financial services industry. She earned a degree in Business Management from Benedictine University where she was also on the volleyball team. Nicole supports the advisors on the team by doing administrative tasks and spends a lot of time interacting with clients. She is insurance licensed and can help assist clients with questions related to insurance products. She takes pride in treating clients like they're her family.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys playing & coaching volleyball and hanging out on the couch watching movies with her fiancé, Logan, and pup, Luna.

Sarah Ott, CFP® is a Vice President and Financial Planning Director serving Morgan Stanley’s Wealth
Management offices in the St. Louis area. She is responsible for helping Financial Advisors with their clients'
and prospects' financial planning needs.

Sarah began her career in Financial Services in 2014 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to
her current position, she was a Financial Advisor and Director of Financial Planning Operations at
Thrivent Financial.

Sarah graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
and holds her Certified Financial Planner® designation. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling with
her family, trying new restaurants, volunteering at her church, and attending concerts and sporting
events.
