At the Prichard Weston Group, our mission is helping women build secure and meaningful futures.  We are truly passionate about helping women, especially women who are on their own due to loss of spouse or divorce.  We find it incredibly rewarding to help women gain confidence about their financial well-being. This confidence and empowerment goes a long way at helping make their new set of circumstances a little less scary and eventually leads to exploring future possibilities and redefining their futures.  While we have carved out a significant portion of our practice to helping women, others such as men, couples and families work with us as well.

Our Process

Our team’s comprehensive wealth management process begins with a deep discovery meeting.  From there we conduct an analysis and identify the areas in which we can add the most value.  Once it is mutually determined that we are a good fit to work together, we begin implementing a tailored investment strategy to help our clients protect and preserve their wealth.  Next, we embark on advanced planning where we help our clients define and prioritize their life and legacy goals, conduct a gap analysis, and carefully design a plan to help them achieve their goals. It is through this advanced planning process, collaboration with our clients’ team of advisors, and ongoing, tailored communication, that we help our clients address their five most common areas of concern:

About Me

Lance has been providing wealth management consulting services to the private client market since 1984.  Lance serves on the Advisory Board for the Children's Museum & Theatre of Maine and is a member of the Portland Museum of Art, the Farnsworth Art Museum, and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.  He has an avid interest in French Impressionism enjoying painting still-lifes and landscapes as well as reading mid-19th century literature.  Lance and his wife reside in Falmouth.

About Me

Tammy grew up in Frenchville, Maine; a very small town in Northern Maine (bordering Canada) where French is often the first language that is taught and where a strong work ethic is instilled at a young age.  Tammy picked potatoes during the annual harvest as soon as she was old enough and also worked in the family business.  She was one of three kids born to entrepreneurial parents; 2 of the hardest working people she has ever known!  She proudly gives credit to her parents for being fantastic role models for hard work, commitment, being kind to people, and going above and beyond to help people. 

Tammy has over 20 years wealth management experience.  She has been a Certified Financial Planner™(CFP®) professional since 2006 and earned her graduate degree in personal financial planning in 2016. As a woman who has personally experienced divorce and loss of a loved one, she is empathetic, a great listener and an excellent problem solver; someone you can trust. 

Tammy and her family reside in Cumberland.  When she is not working, she enjoys watching her children play sports, spending quality time with family, hiking, gardening and skiing.

A skilled and qualified professional with Morgan Stanley since 1998, Joni handles account opening, maintenance, service and administration issues for an elite group of clientele. She is licensed and strives to deliver the highest level of service possible to the clients, while helping them achieve their goals.

A life-long resident of Maine, Joni graduated from Thomas College with both Business Management and Travel and Tourism degrees. She, along with daughter, Haley, live in Gorham, Maine. Joni enjoys spending her free time exercising, running in 5Ks and supporting many animal welfare organizations throughout her community.
