About Jon Frigo

Jon Frigo, Vice President – Wealth Management, serves as Branch Manager for the Plano, TX Branch location. Jon is accountable for the growth of the office through leadership and hiring. He focuses on building strong relationships with advisors, support professionals, and clients.

Prior to Joining Morgan Stanley, Jon has held roles such as advisor, sales lead, and multiple manager positions. In February of 2021, Jon joined Morgan Stanley as the Branch Manager in Plano, TX. With his passion for helping advisors, outside perspective, production, sales and management experience, Plano continues to grow. The Plano branch has a special, familial culture that includes our support professionals, advisors, and clients.

Jon grew up in St. Louis, MO but now lives in Frisco, TX with his wife, Erin, and their three children. Outside of work Jon enjoys coaching soccer and is passionate about classic cars and wine. In the community Jon is involved with the Alzheimer’s Association.

About Sarah Strickland

Sarah Strickland serves as Branch Administrator for the Plano, TX Branch location. In her role, Sarah focuses on office culture and morale, connecting firm resources to the Plano branch, and actively recruiting talent to the firm.

Prior to Joining Morgan Stanley in 2018, Sarah has been working in the Financial Services industry since 2008. She started out as an intern and later joined management where she’s been involved with the Financial Advisor Training Program, client events, and overall support for growth.

Sarah grew up in Lake Charles, LA and now currently lives in Northlake, TX. Sarah takes seriously, her call to serve the people of her community both personally and professionally. She believes that it’s a privilege to be a part of an advisor’s business and clients’ dreams for their future. In 2021, Sarah married her husband, Michael and together they have two big dogs, Mason and Tillman.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys yard work. Her goal is to win yard of the month as soon as possible. Currently, Sarah is currently working on two projects in our community to raise awareness about the importance of proper dog training and another in support of a local family dealing with a devastating cancer diagnosis.

About Matt Foster

Matt Foster, Vice President – Wealth Management, serves as Risk Officer for the Plano, TX Branch location. Matt is responsible for identifying investment risks and helping clients understand the challenges they may face when participating in financial markets. He also supervises the employees of the branch to ensure consistent adherence to firm and regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Matt was born and raised in the Oklahoma City area but now lives in Garland, TX. In 2008, he moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, where he was later employed by Morgan Stanley in 2012. Matt started on the National New Accts team, then became a Service Associate with the Client Advisory Center (CAC), now called the MSVA, where he acquired his Series 7 and 66 licenses. He then went on to work with the Central Review Unit (CRU), as a risk officer, and received his Series 9 and 10 licenses

In Matt’s down time, he enjoys reading, hiking, bicycling, spending time with friends and family, and listening to true crime podcasts. Matt is very close to his family in the OKC area, especially his nephew Wyatt, and often drives there to visit them. In the community, Matt enjoys volunteering at the North Texas Food Bank.

About Willy Lee

Willy Lee, serves as the Business Service Officer for the Plano Branch location. Willy oversees our support professionals and their development, as well as promoting a culture consistent with our Firm’s core values. He is responsible for modernizing our client experience with the use of Firm technologies and tools. He also facilitates the resolutions of client requests.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Willy received his Bachelor's Degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. Willy has held other roles such as Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager before he joined Morgan Stanley as Business Service Officer in June 2018.

Willy is originally from Port Lavaca, TX, but now currently lives in Dallas. Willy has been married to his wife, Dora, for 16 years and together they have two children. He also has two shelties, named Maddie and Lexi. Outside of work, Willy enjoys playing golf and watching college football.
