Plano Branch Office

Sarah Strickland serves as Branch Administrator for the Plano, TX Branch location. In her role, Sarah focuses on office culture and morale, connecting firm resources to the Plano branch, and actively recruiting talent to the firm.

Prior to Joining Morgan Stanley in 2018, Sarah has been working in the Financial Services industry since 2008. She started out as an intern and later joined management where she’s been involved with the Financial Advisor Training Program, client events, and overall support for growth.

Sarah grew up in Lake Charles, LA and now currently lives in Northlake, TX. Sarah takes seriously, her call to serve the people of her community both personally and professionally. She believes that it’s a privilege to be a part of an advisor’s business and clients’ dreams for their future. In 2021, Sarah married her husband, Michael and together they have two big dogs, Mason and Tillman.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys yard work. Her goal is to win yard of the month as soon as possible. Currently, Sarah is currently working on two projects in our community to raise awareness about the importance of proper dog training and another in support of a local family dealing with a devastating cancer diagnosis.

Willy Lee, serves as the Business Service Officer for the Plano Branch location. Willy oversees our support professionals and their development, as well as promoting a culture consistent with our Firm’s core values. He is responsible for modernizing our client experience with the use of Firm technologies and tools. He also facilitates the resolutions of client requests.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Willy received his Bachelor's Degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. Willy has held other roles such as Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager before he joined Morgan Stanley as Business Service Officer in June 2018.

Willy is originally from Port Lavaca, TX, but now currently lives in Dallas. Willy has been married to his wife, Dora, for 16 years and together they have two children. He also has two shelties, named Maddie and Lexi. Outside of work, Willy enjoys playing golf and watching college football.

Jeremy Walker, Assistant Vice President serves as Risk Officer for the Plano, TX branch location. He is responsible for a wide range of supervisory and risk functions, providing guidance and oversight to promote risk awareness and a compliant work environment. He supervises the employees of the branch to ensure consistent adherence to firm and regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Jeremy was a supervisory manager in central supervision and marketing communications. He has more than 10 years of industry experience, spanning management, operations, risk, and sales. Jeremy holds FINRA series 4, 7, 24, 52, 53, 66, and 99 licenses.

When not working, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. He enjoys building, camping, playing golf and following his favorite sports teams. In the community, Jeremy enjoys volunteering at the local food banks.

Jana has been with Morgan Stanley since 1986 in various roles. She grew up in Odessa, Texas prior to moving to Dallas in 2009. She started in the business as a Sales Assistant in 1986 in Lubbock, TX, and has impressively advanced within the firm. Jana has served as the Business Service Officer in the highly successful Dallas Park Cities office for approximately 6 years. She has been married for 30 years to her husband Mike and enjoys living in the Dallas area. In her spare time, she spends time going to the lake, fishing and being outdoors. She too looks forward to getting to know the Plano branch and working closely with those at 055.

Stacey Delp has been a dedicated employee of Morgan Stanley since 2017, serving as the Business Administrator at the Dallas Park Cities office. In her role, she ensures smooth business operations and actively promotes Morgan Stanley’s Core Values. Stacey is adept at organizing events that foster team cohesion and community engagement, ranging from volunteer initiatives to wellness and culture-building activities. She is also a member of the Diversity Council. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Stacey transitioned from a background in acting to the finance industry and now embraces her life in Texas. She is a proud mother and enjoys dining out, attending concerts, and traveling. Stacey is passionate about her work at the Firm, and looks forward to her transition to the North Dallas Plano Branch.
