My Story and Services
Focus
Pina focuses on the development and maintenance of prudent financial strategies to help clients pursue their objectives. She has been offering a wide range of financial strategies and portfolio management solutions to retirees, individuals, affluent families, corporate executives, and businesses for more than 30 years, helping them grow, preserve, and plan for the distribution of wealth in the most tax-advantaged manner.
Experience
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, CFP® professional, Pina develops comprehensive wealth management and legacy planning strategies for clients to use as a roadmap for pursuing their targeted goals. In addition, she holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC™ designation, which enables her to focus on the pre-and post-retirement needs of her clients. Pina is also a licensed life insurance and long-term care insurance agent and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 FINRA registrations.
Approach
By developing well-thought-out wealth management solutions, Pina can help lead her clients toward greater opportunities based upon their risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs, overall investment goals and the costs associated with the recommendation. Her disciplined process helps her clients define a vision of their future, making it possible for them to achieve their goals for their families and businesses utilizing a thorough wealth management plan. Pina takes a hands on, holistic approach to wealth management and addresses her clients' current financial situation, interim goals, and long-term financial strategies. She also focuses on assisting domestic partners & LGBTQ clients.

Pina's community involvement includes the Alzheimer's Association of Northern California, Sons and Daughters of Italy, Napa Valley Pickleball, Napa School of Music, Lambda Legal, Human Rights Campaign, The Humane Society, LGBTQ Connection Napa, and Cope Family Center.

About Cindy W. Lee
Private Bankers partner with Financial Advisors to develop a specialized approach for managing clients’ cash flow, liquidity and financing needs, leveraging our comprehensive suite of cash management and lending solutions.
Cindy began her career in financial services in 1996 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Custom Residential Real Estate Specialist at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch where she also served as a Wealth Management Banker and Financial Advisor.
Cindy is a graduate of San Francisco State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She resides in the Bay Area with her family. Outside of the office, Cindy dedicates time to volunteering, enjoys traveling, reading, watching sports and spending time with family and friends.
About David Julian
David began his career in Financial Services in 2017 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2021. Prior to his current position, he practiced as an attorney in the areas of Estate, Trust, Bankruptcy, and Business Law.
David graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with a Bachelor of Behavioral Science in Psychology in 2008, from SMU Dedman School of Law with his Juris Doctor in 2014 and holds his Certified Financial Planner® designation. He lives in The Woodlands with his wife and two children and their COVID rescue dog, Moose. Outside of work, David enjoys vacationing with his family, Ultrarunning, and watching his favorite sports teams.
