My Story and Services

David Phillip Niles is a Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley and a lifelong Oklahoman. Born and raised in Broken Arrow, David developed an early appreciation for financial awareness in a home where the importance of independence and long-term planning was a constant theme. That foundation inspired him to pursue a career helping individuals and families build confidence in their financial decisions.

David graduated from Bishop Kelley High School (2005) and earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma (2009). After graduation, he partnered with his father to form the Niles Group at Wells Fargo Advisors. In 2013, the Niles Group transitioned their practice to Morgan Stanley, where David continues to advise clients with a focus on helping individuals and families create, preserve, and generate income from their wealth in today’s fast-moving global economy.

David’s planning process is centered on Morgan Stanley’s LifeView® technology, a comprehensive approach designed to help clients visualize their financial picture, set clear goals, and adjust their plan as life evolves. He pairs that planning discipline with ongoing, proactive service throughout the year—regular performance and portfolio reviews, beneficiary reviews, tax-season preparation support, and year-end strategies such as tax-loss selling and Roth conversion considerations. He is also well versed in long-term care and other insurance-related solutions as part of a holistic planning approach.

Outside of the office, David is active in his faith community and civic service. He founded St. Michael Catholic Radio (KPIM 102.9) serving South Tulsa and has served as its President since 2012. He also serves on the board of the Catholic Foundation of Oklahoma and on the finance council at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School. In addition, he co-hosts “The Catholic Man Show,” a podcast focused on living a devout Catholic life while appreciating the simple joys of family, friendship, and community. When he’s not working with clients, David enjoys sports, sailing, and an active lifestyle with friends and family.
