About Kristi Lucero
Kristi R. Lucero is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and the Market Manager for the Philadelphia Market. Beginning her career in 1997 as a receptionist with Dean Witter, Kristi has spent over two decades working at Morgan Stanley across different functions within the bank. Prior to her current role, Kristi was the Associate Market Manager for the Houston Post Oak Complex. Over her career she spent time on the Service, Risk, Sales and Management Team where she earned firsthand experience viewing the business as a whole organization rather than a single department.
In her current role as Market Manager, Kristi strives to pay forward the support and strength that she received throughout career at Morgan Stanley. She is passionate about her role and dedicated to actively coaching Financial Advisors and her entire team. Keeping Morgan Stanley’s core values in mind, Kristi and the entire leadership team work together to recruit top notch talent in Philadelphia.
Kristi holds the Series 7, 63, 65, 9, and 10 licenses.
Kristi recently relocated to Philadelphia with her husband Chris, and they are quickly making the area their new home. While Kristi and Chris’s adult children raise their own young families, the “empty nester” couple enjoys doing CrossFit together, travelling, and exploring the Philadelphia area. Kristi is a former member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council at Morgan Stanley.

Diane Roberts is our Risk Officer covering the Philadelphia, PA branch (474 & 616). Diane joined Morgan Stanley in November 2013. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley as a Risk Officer, Diane led the compliance team for one of the largest proprietary trading firms in the world. Diane has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry beginning as a Registered Client Service Associate before advancing her career into Compliance. Diane holds the Series 3, 7, 9, 10, 24, 63 licenses.
About Catherine Klase
Catherine Klase is a Risk Officer covering the Philadelphia and Newtown Square branches. She has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry beginning in employee stock purchase and stock option plan administration at Computershare Plan Managers.
After a brief time as an insurance underwriter, she was part of a commodity trading team at Morgan Stanley in the Washington, DC branch. Her managerial experience began as an Operations Manager at UBS Financial Services in both Washington, DC and Philadelphia, PA.
Catherine holds her Series 3, 7, 9, 10, 63, and 66 licenses. Catherine lives in New Jersey with her husband and two daughters.

Colleen Capone has been with Morgan Stanley for over 20 years, first acting as Branch Administrator, and now as a Business Service Officer.

About Andrew Werkheiser
Andrew Werkheiser is the Business Development Manager for the Greater Philadelphia Complex. He has over 10 years of financial services industry experience. Andrew assists Morgan Stanley advisors by managing the field sales support of non-banking products and the business development functions for our branch network.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2022, Andrew worked as a Investment Advisory Specialist at Merrill Lynch, supporting advisors in building dynamic practices and solving complex investment challenges.
Andrew earned his B.A. from Temple University. He obtained his CHARTERED RETIREMENT PLANNING COUNSELOR™ (CRPC®) designation in 2014. Andrew also holds his FINRA Series 66 and 7 Licenses.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys golfing, travel, and spending time with his wife, Cara, and their twin boys, Liam and Shane. Andrew currently lives in Yardley, PA.
